Holding my package hostage for no reason. Paid for overnight shipping and it's been over 55 hours and I still don't have my package. Horrible company when it's comes to helping the customer. They will lie to you over the phone so you get off the call and do nothing to help. Would not recommend ever using FedEx again. Over priced and hate their customers

Always friendly and helpful staff. Issues with scanners but still a pleasant experience.

Delivery guy was lazy and rude. He wanted to leave a very small package against my garage door instead of putting it on my porch. What a lazy bum. And when I called him on it, he proceeded to give me attitude l. When I calked to file a complaint, the call center was just as bad. Don't waste your time using these losers. I would give them 0 stars if it allowed me to.

I had expensive packages to be delivered and was told they were delivered at the “garage”. Well, the driver backed in the driveway and literally dropped them out his back door in the middle of my driveway leaving them a 30’ from garage in the pouring rain behind my pickup. Thank goodness for backup cameras, otherwise I would have backed over them. Incredible service!

Not open on time and unprofessional. If you are younger than the lady at the front desk she will likely treat you inferior. She’s been there 25 years. I walked out.

I don’t have enough words to say how bad the service has been, we had live fish delivered on our day off, the company has written on the box LIVE FISH and there’s a note to leave at the door (even tho we are closed) Nope Fed Ex decided to not call and not leave it and the warehouse, first time they all died, second time a few survived — third time we drove to Fed Ex and grabbed the box. We have been forced to use Fed Ex and not another service because this is what the fish company uses.The issue is that there’s no common sense,The box says LIVE FISH they can’t live for 3-4 days in a bag with no oxygen. I don’t understand why Fed Ex can’t call either when a number is provided…We are so disappointed and saddened by the quality of service provided.

Great location and the staff always go above and beyond. Its easy to drop off packages for shipping here vs. FedEx Office.

Poor customer service at this site along with rude lady who scanned my boxes. 2 of 3 boxes received, the 3rd shipped a day after receiving the other boxes. You whole job is to ship packages not sit on them. Would give this site zero stars.
