They tried fixing my watch but weren’t able to do a complete fix, however they partially fixed it and didn’t charge me any money! I still appreciated the partial fix to where it’s usable, and I’ll definitely come back in the future as this place seems trustworthy and the person who worked on my watch was very diligent and worked on it for a half an hour before coming out and letting me know he wasn’t going to charge me.

Today I took a new watch I just received in the mail to its store to remove a few links. These links are connected through pins that are screwed in, which is different from other watches I have. It's very simple when you have a eyeglasses screwdriver. They had me wait for more than 40 minutes. At the end, the band still didn't fit well. It was too tight. I got home and used a screwdriver to add one link back and made a small adjustment. It all took just under 2 minutes.I think they were a little dishonest by having me wait for 40+ minutes and charged $26.
