I wish I could rate 10 stars say this store in the center one day and when I tell you they have the customer service on lock believe me employees are crazy friendly and do anything and everything in their power to help i was looking for some training clothes for hockey to wear around the rink and to workout in the employees went over and beyond to help me out also the clothes themselves are the comfiest and most predictive I have ever worn out of any brand other then maybe some exclusive hockey brands also picked up a quarter zip for work which is so comfortable my only minor gripe is It has holes in the bottom near the end of the sleeves I guess it’s some type of fashion thing wish they had some without the holes also signed up for the vip membership which is also very helpful and was to navigate don’t know if the employees were extra helpful because I said I work in the center but it’s an amazing experience also I think that they should definitely add shoes to there portfolio I would definitely buy them definitely recommend this store

Fabletics is the worst! They just took my membership credit away from me, because according to their new policy - there’s expiration for credits! So they took my $50 from me and after I tried to get my crefit back - offered me a $10 discount! This website is a joke, don’t waste your money and time on them!

Customers get lured into the ‘VIP’ programme. This is is almost $55 a month and I really don’t see the benefit of it. Also lots of items aren’t in stock. The worst thing is that delivery takes AGES!! I could walk to the nearest store quicker!

I did not want a subscription, I wanted to just make one purchase. They automatically enrolled me in their subscription plan which is terrible.Avoid this company at all costs.

My experience with Fabletics for the first few months has been pretty poor and unfortunately I'm planning to cancel my membership. My first outfit came with a small hole in the top. My second outfit didn't fit and the exchange process was cumbersome. What's most frustrating is that your $50/month membership covers 'one outfit' or 'one item' up to an $80 value. However, if you find a top you like for $30 and want to add another item (say for $50) to your cart to reach the $80 threshold, any additional items aren't covered actually within your membership and you'd have to pay extra for them. You're only then granted 'VIP' access to the additional items which is just a discount. So, in this example, if you wanted the two items in your cart, instead of being covered by your $50 membership monthly fee, you would end up paying closer to $80 - $100 for that month. If you chose to just purchase the one $30 top, you'd essentially be losing out on $50 worth of value in your membership.

DON'T DO IT! The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They operate on a membership, using membership credits. If you forget to "skip" they charge you $50 plus and give you a credit, but be careful.I ordered a pair of pants and an outfit. I applied a credit towards the outfit and paid for my pants with a card. When the package arrived, the outfit was missing. When I contacted customer service, they said they had cancelled the order.This didn't make sense, given half of it arrived, but regardless I asked if I would get a refund. They said they never charged my card. I said of course not, since I used a membership credit. They said the credit in my account is the one I've been refunded. Well...that credit's from skipping this month and dated before I ever placed this order.Then after a long hold they came back and said I never used a membership credit and that my card was never charged so no refund is needed (I absolutely used a membership credit lol)....I asked what happened last month's credit then? No response. I provided backup and gave evidence, and I kept getting the response that management has checked and no refund will be given. Keep in mind the company charges you $50 for the credits...and they were refusing to give me a credit back for an order they cancelled. So, I was basically out $50 with no recourse.I guess if you lie and change your story enough you can hope to trick the customer.Before that I had trouble with the app not working, orders showing up really late, things not in my size, etc. Customer service will hang up on your or stop responding. This was the last straw. Clothes are ok, but not worth the hassle of this "VIP" membership which made me feel anything by vip.

Went to go to Lush and didn't even know this store existed. Pulled my stretch pant leg down and ripped a hole in pants leg so while passing this place to get to Lush I had to stop in. Charles was amazing ! I was thrilled with his attitude,behavior, charm and all around friendliness. Amazing customer service ! Thanks Charles for making me a happy customer ! I love my new clothes hole free

I love how organized this store was first off every associate was very helpful soon as I walked into the doors. Vanessa I would say was very nice and helpful. I appreciate her being really patient as I tried on a few different types since I am in between sizes. The legging and every other piece of clothing was very good quality. I appreciate signing up for the VIP I mean any small or big discount is worth it. Compared to other brands Fabletics are reasonable in their prices especially with the quality to match. I will definitely be back.

I have been a member forever. I wear these clothes to workout, but i do wear the pants constantly. I am a stay at home mom and seriously am happy with my purchases. The service i have received in store was great but it is a 45 minute drive for me so mostly i shop online.

This company is a joke. The vip membership has no benefits whatsoever. Everything's always sold out and the "deals" are lie. A pair of shorts costs $44.95 on average, unlike what they advertise. On top of that the cancelation policy states you can use any unused vip credits from when you forget to skip the month for up to 12 months after cancelation, but when I tried canceling my membership it said I would be forfeiting the credit that I was ALREADY CHARGED FOR. So yeah, save your time and money and go literally anywhere else.

Great leggings. Just be sure to skip your month or cancel membership. I only wanted it for the 2 for 24 leggings. I would keep the VIP membership if that deal was always available to me, but it's only a one time thing, so I'm going to cancel my membership. One month I forgot to skip. I called and they refunded me immediately. The following business day I was refunded. Anyone thinking about signing up for the 2 for 24.
