This place is amazing. They have EVERYTHING.. They’re doin a sale for October for breast cancer month which is amazing. But most importantly Megan!!! She was so kind, helpful and just a pleasure. And as someone who job is as customer service representative.. that goes a long way. Thank you Megan & Excitement.

Defective vapes, came in 2 minutes after buying it and they exchanged it. Same issue happened right in front of them & acted like it was working. Asked to exchange for a different brand and got declined, asked for a refund got declined, asked for store credit & got declined as well. Horrible customer service from Sara. First time and last.

Megan, Dylan, and Crystal are the real A-team of the store. As a regular I always smile when I see them in the shop. They're always willing to drop whatever they're doing to help and always give fun suggestions for products I didn't know about. They really know their stuff and are always willing to show off the latest fun thing that came in. I now have a fried chicken keychain because why not ?

BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK
Purchased a bubbler from location. First time cleaning it with just basic soap and water the crummy paint is already dissolving from the glass. Smoking from any glassware with dissolved paint in the water is very toxic and dangerous to a persons health. In summary this pipe is worthless and I will not recommend Excitement Smokin to anybody who needs a new pipe.

Hayley was SOOOOO HELPFUL, it was my first time visiting the shop and I needed a piece for my car because I drive a lot lol, she made my experience so easy and we were able to find the PERFECT piece to fit my needs and I was beyond happy with my purchases, thanks HAYLEY for helping me find the perfect piece ?

Made me put my purse on the counter major turn off from wanting to buy something. the lady said there is cameras but still my purse was on the counter not being watched so it could have been easily stolen. Saw other customers with bigger purses so i don't know why i was targeted. I never had an issue before with having my purse at this stores location in Kop. I carry my medicine in my small purse so not having it on me caused anxiety. Definitely not coming back to this location. I have been to camp hill and reading locations and never had an issue there.

If you are an individual looking for vapes or adult entertainment devices, looks no further. Staff is friendly to the point of flirtatiousness. And always willing to give expert advice. 10/10
