Terrific communication, highly professional, and it was all done at my work - and the techs doing the work couldn't have been nicer.
The owner was terrific to work with - I absolutely cannot recommend them enough - I'll be using them again and again.
I love my truck a lot - like a problematic amount - and I trust them without issue. I'm going to try going to their location next time!

Tyrone, owner of Epic Mobile Detailing, is one of the most honorable folks I have encountered in the auto detailing business and I highly recommend. The story I am going to relay here has a happy ending, and I want to preface by saying my car looked unbelievably gorgeous following service… aside from the damage Tyrone informed me occurred during.
TLDR - Tyrone took full responsibility/ownership to cover repairs, and the matter is now resolved!
Long form: when I brought my car in for a full exterior detail about a month ago, we had a really unfortunate occurrence where one of Tyrone’s manager’s trainees got ahold of a power buffer, the pad of which was not fully clamped down and had the center locking bolt protruding. The trainee did not realize that they left about 1/8” gouges all over the rear lift gate of my car until it was too late. Tyrone was informed of the issue, and calmly came over to me, escorted me to my car, and explained the whole situation. Tyrone took full responsibility for repair of all damages that occurred ($3500 for a new rear lift gate from my dealership, yikes!), but he was an absolute champ and made sure that any and all of my concerns were assuaged.
Cannot recommend Tyrone and Epic Mobile Detailing more highly. Thanks for the successful conclusion of a really unfortunate circumstance, Tyrone! I’ll be back for the full interior and exterior detail soon.

My 2011 Prius was brought back to life. The inside of my car needed a good deep clean, and Epic was the answer. I had spilled fish in at one point, so it was more than overdue. The inside clean was immaculate, and although I do not plan to sell my car anytime soon, she could have been put back on the sale lot for the inside sparkle. The Epic team was super easy to communicate with - I dropped off my car and a few hours later they returned it to me. I highly recommend - good location w truly epic quality clean. Thank you Epic!

I recently had the pleasure of using Epic Mobile Detailing, and I am thoroughly impressed with their service. The two gentlemen who performed the service were prompt, respectful, and thorough. They meticulously cleaned every part of my car, leaving it looking brand new. The picture I took doesn’t do it justice, trust me that these guys really turned this car over and I am really appreciative of them.
A special shoutout to Tyrone, who was incredibly professional and accommodating. He allowed me to move my appointment due to an emergency, which I greatly appreciated. His understanding and flexibility made a significant difference.
Epic Mobile Detailing has definitely made a returning customer out of me. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for top-notch car detailing.

I called Epic Mobile Detailing because, after a year and a half (and two winters), my beloved 2023 Honda Ridgeline pickup truck needed a bit of spiffing up, both interior and exterior. For those without a pickup truck, you may not have experienced the joy of reaching into the center of the hood or roof of your vehicle, when waxing. Also, you may not have experienced the joy of washing and waxing a vehicle, if you have 50+ year old knees & a lower back of the same age. Tyrone and Cleveland and their team knocked it out of the park, bringing my truck back to its gleaming, fresh-off-the-lot look. I got the premier detailing package, and both interior and exterior were done to a "T". I took advantage of Tyrone's offer to drop my truck off at 0730 at their facility, and he gave me a ride to my office. Five hours later (none of which were operational hours on *my* knees & back), Cleveland dropped off my truck at my office, as shown in the photo. In addition, Epic Mobile Detailing offers a military discount, which I appreciated. Thanks for a great job. My only problem is that now my wife wants me to get her Honda Accord similarly pampered. If you need detailing services, I highly recommend Epic Mobile Detailing!
