Nice and elite hotel. Easy accessible parking, nice front desk. Comfortable beds, large room and shower. Additionally you have sink, microwave and dishes in the room.
Beautiful lobby and complementary beer and vine for certain hours.
only I didn’t like if your room has access to second room, that’s so bad because if your neighbors have fun or night you can’t sleep.

Unprofessional. Reserved room and receptionist didn’t even acknowledge me upon entering. When we got there she was telling another guest that it was one room left which she booked for him. Waited for 15 mins just for her to tell me that my reservation had been transferred to some other hotel without my knowledge because they don’t have any more rooms?? Went to the other hotel and no record of the reservation. Do not book with element!

Amazing hotel. Amenities that I didn’t expect. One thing incredibly important was missing. I have never stayed at a hotel without a full length mirror in the room, this was a major nuisance. Getting dressed and not being able to fully look myself over drove me nuts.
Rooms: The room was modern clean and comfortable.
Noteworthy details: The kitchenette was nice to have. Along with the workspace usb ports and comfy chair. One negative is not having a full length mirror in the room.

Checked in around 8pm, then was not able to park. The entire area was parked solid. The desk told us, sorry, we overbooked and the Sheraton has an event. Totally mis-managed. If want to fully book
The hotels, you can book events without having a solution for guests to park. I drove the lot for 50 minutes before seeing someone leave the event at the Sheraton. So it was after 9pm that I could actually get to the room. There, I noticed what looked like a blood stain on the bed cover, so I tried calling the desk, but room phone didn’t work! So housekeeping brought a new one after walking down to the desk. I then wanted some water, so the sign at the elevator said”hydrate!”, with some cups there, but no water! The girls at the front desk couldn’t have cared less. Getting coffee in the morning was difficult because there were no stirs, so I had to use a fork! Getting breakfast was like an animal forging for food. Still no stirs, no juice cups, no muffins , waited for 15 minutes for a crepe to be made.
Again, front desk didn’t care at all. Several people were asking for the food to be replenished.
When asking for another room key, the desk clerk just asked for a room number, no ID, then just handed over the key! Great for security!
Horribly mid-managed site. Probably the worst hotel stay in at least a decade!!!
Never again, shame on Westin for letting this happen to the guests.

Had a stay here for 1 night. The room are nice and clean, we had issue with the towel not flushing. We ask for another room but was full booked. couldn't move us to another room. we still had over 5hr at the hotel before we had to leave. instead we leave early since the bathroom wasn't working. was looking to relax for a few extra hour before we keep traveling. Overall staff didn't seem to care too much that our towel wasn't flushing.

Great hotel. Bigger room with well stocked kitchenette. Good varieties of modern breakfast. Friendly staff and location is easy to get to from all the highways. King of Prussia mall is about 5 mins drive. Thank you for a great stay.

Great lobby and fire pit setup. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The night security is spectacular.
Rooms: The microwave, fridge, and sink with garbage disposal are neatly positioned.
Nearby activities: Near the King if Prussia Plaza
Food & drinks: Good selection with several options in a 2 minute drive.

A perfect hotel. The room was beautiful; when we booked, we did not know it included a kitchenette. We were pleasantly surprised and amazed at all what was included. The room was set up great - carpet on the side with the beds, hardwood on the other half.
The microwave had an option to turn off the display so I slept better. Great location. Friendly staff.

This place is a joke. There’s never anyone to help.
I asked for a refresh it’s been almost 30hrs still nothing.
I called the front desk they told me that I have to wait for the linen company to come in and that when I requested the refresh 30 hours prior, they said the people did not speak English
I’m literally running late for work because I have to wait on linen people to arrive. Meanwhile, the hotel has staff that are very rude and obnoxiously lazy.

This was my first experience with staying at the Element by Westin and it was hands down the best hotel experience I've had in a while. The rooms were very clean and the complimentary breakfast was great as well. The staff was very pleasant and helpful throughout the entire stay. I will definitely stay at this location again.

Food & drinks: Breakfast is a nothing burger. Very little selection, kitchen staff person is not friendly, and you get the feeling that you would be imposing on his work day if you ask him to actually prepare you something hot off the grill.

Big thank you to Jupiter, she is a keeper! We stayed over Christmas. We liked the hotel a lot but some points were disappointing and need to be fixed!
- breakfast was poor, no cream cheese or butter for days. Bagels sometimes very old. The Guy at the Breakfast seemed nice but I don’t think it’s the right job for him. I always felt like a burden when I asked for some pancakes.
- the Happy Hour - Beer wasn’t working the whole stay :) :(
+ the room was clean
+ service, if we asked for towels or anything else we got it right away. Even on Christmas and there wasn’t a lot of staff around we didn’t had to wait.
