Went in store to make a return. Was told to contact customer service over the phone due to a complication, annoying but fine. Was on hold with customer service for 45 minutes before being disconnected. Made two attempts. I let the store know how it’s impossible to contact them over the phone. The store wouldn’t even try to help me get in contact with someone. You can’t get help from anyone at Eddie Bauer anymore it seems. They have lost me as a life long customer.

I don’t regularly shop there but never will again. I received a vest (XL—too big) for my birthday end of January. Never wore, clearly too big. All tags, etc. No store receipt, unfortunately. Finally schlep out to the mall on March 2nd and they tell me they “just changed” their policy in February and will no longer accept exchanges without a receipt. All I wanted to do was exchange the same thing they had in stock, just a size down. So weak and short-sighted!

I can always find something for the family. Good quality and comfortable clothes, shoes, coats, hats, gloves and undergarments.

Don't try to do a warranty exchange here on your "guaranteed for life" items, they'll spit in your face and literally tell you to try a different store with a different manager.

Didn't really intend to go to this store, but went in on a whim. Surprisingly good selection, quality is good, and prices are in line with similar stores. Positive experience.

Thank you for tracking me down to return my lost bag. Bought a few shirts from here, good fit and great price! The shirt sleeve length and overall fit was pretty good. Typical collared shirts sizes (14, 15, 16) don't fit me well, but the sizes here were perfect for me
