I found the people here to be really helpful and nice. Kyle was very kind on two repairs on two different days. I’m not sure why the reviews are so critical here. I went in the morning and didn’t have to wait at all.

Karen opened early during lunch hour when I was sitting outside on a cold day. She patiently reprocessed my transaction when my bank card fraud department had unnecessarily declined the charge. She also worked with me to find the most cost effective solution to my problem. She was kind to every customer who came in.

I took my 16 year Dyson Ball vacuum to KOP service center. The young fellow who helped me was just great. Gave me the exact answer I was looking for - very fast and very friendly. I could thank him enough so I came here to do so.

Normally I try and brush off one off experiences, but this store is borderline useless. For multiple years now it claims to be understaffed and for clients to be understanding. However the company had done ZERO to improve the customer service leading to multiple sub par visits. Today was the usual, Thursday afternoon, late opening post lunch hours, 7 people deep waiting, with one person choosing to leave. No greeting or acknowledgment when entering the store, no hustle on the employees parts, always excuses and apathy towards any concerns and virtually zero communication with customers who are attempting to gain service. A fellow customer had to yell back to get the employees attention TWICE. I ended up just LEAVING two stick vacs for recycling rather then deal with the repeated hassle of dealing with this pathetic company. It frankly should be embarrassing for the cost of the product, to show zero care/ follow through to supporting your product. As a long time customer, I will never purchase another product again. And PLEASE save yourself the embarrassment of a generated canned response asking how you can do better. Instead READ YOUR REVIEWS and FIX the consistent feedback. Dyson DO BETTER for your employees and CUSTOMERS.

I had the worst experience with them, my airwrap is new but the power button was not working I had to unplug it to turn it off, I went there the technician said you need to leave it and call us Tomorrow to tell you what’s wrong with it because I can’t determine by myself, I told him that I’m working a lot and I can only call them on my lunch break as I can’t come back to the location it’s an hour away from my house he said yes, after repair we gonna ship it to you and guess what calling for two days and no one is responding to my calls. That’s unprofessional.

I have been waiting to try and get my Dyson V1 service through the online site and finally I’m able to make it down to the service center in King of Prussia, although I waited about an hour and a half the technician was very nice and polite, and was able to assist me and not only that, but also gave me a brand new canister because mine was broken. Service day was very good.

Heading to this store , Saturday, as the phone CS cannot give me any satisfaction. I have an error code (H2) that the csrs have no clue what's wrong. Hopefully I'll get satisfaction at the store.

So far so good. I just dropped my vacuum off. The lady was very helpful. We'll see if they fix it.

My 1 year old Dyson dropped and the latch that attaches the canister broke. I called Dyson to find out how much it would be to repair/replace the button I called multiple times, but no one picked up. Left voicemails, but no one called back. finally went to store with my vacuum and waited an hour to speak with a technician. A lady came after I had been there for 40 minutes and they helped her before me. Once they were done with her they looked at my vacuum and told me that it would be about $350 to fix. They offered me a new one with a trade-in for about $450 which was about $50 more than I could've gotten on their website without a trade-in. The website states a 20% owner loyalty discount. I asked for that but they wouldn't give it to me. Entire process took about an hour and a half. I'll probably buy a shark next time

This place needs more help especially on weekends. They have 1 tech and two helpers with a self check-in. The two helpers run around like the chickens without heads and the tech is so overwhelmed that they have a sign up saying it will take 4 weeks to get to it, even to diagnose. I came there just to pick up my air purifier (not to do anything else) and I had to wait 30 minutes because there was no one in the reception/loddy area. My $600 air purifier crapped out so expected more of Dyson, a luxury brand at the very minimum good customer service. Will have to think twice on the next Dyson product I want to buy.

You can't make a service appointment in advance. When you show up, there are signs posted everywhere with instructions to check in online using a QR code. With 30-60 minute expected wait time. THERE IS NO RESTROOM AVAILABLE while you wait. Took an hour to get battery replaced. Let's hope it works now!
