Love DUB. I’ve been going for 2 years and it’s full of fun, strong women. Highly recommend this woman (and veteran) owned studio where we do a mix of cardio, weights and everything in between. My favorite is “station Saturdays”You feel welcomed the moment you walk in the bright pink door and I have learned so much about different core and strength training exercises. Great for women of all ages and abilities. All the instructors are so good at what they do…. Motivate and keep you feeling your best. So happy to have this place nearby.

Where do I start? First off - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- there is five more stars because Matt Wilson definitely deserves ten at the very least! I was a competitive gymnast for 16 years of my childhood and when I quit that, I pretty much did not exercise regularly, if at all, until the age of 43 (the age I am now). I’ve been training with Matt for just @ 8 months and I can EASILY say I’m in the best shape of my life since I was a gymnast back in the mid 90s. Matt has so much knowledge which continues to unveil itself more as time goes by. I feel strong, healthy, more energetic, and flexible. I have Hashimotos and used to have crashes monthly where I would be asleep for almost 24 hours. Today, I can say that hasn’t happened in several months, in fact I cannot remember the last time it did. I could go on and on but the facts are; I completely loathed exercise, I am dyslexic and have a hard time with instruction/direction, I was overly lethargic due to my autoimmune disease - and at this moment as I type this review I am benching 3 reps at 75lbs, squatting 5 reps at 105lbs, and deadlifting 3 reps at 135lbs. I look forward to EVERY training session with Matt Wilson! For the record, I’m 5’4” and 130lbs. That is my very true and very real testimony and I cannot wait to come back to this review in 8 more months to provide another update. The sky is the limit or so it seems!

Do you know that there are still great opportunities out there waiting for you to just grab them? Investing in bitcoin mining through this humble woman called MRS. Richard betty guidances was the best choice I have made. The best part was that I didn't have to send my investments and bitcoins to her or anyone because I have been scammed several times by sending my bitcoins to several fake sites & managers. I am saying a BIG THANK YOU TO YOU MA'AM!

Dub Fitness is AMAZING! I was extremely nervous to get started, but once I did, it was great! The coaches are right there next to you, explaining clearly how a move is to be done, pushing you to go harder when they just know you can, and right there next to you when they know you need that extra push. They push you to better yourself, not just physically, but also mentally. I joined Dub, just like every other person would typically join a gym, to lose weight......I stay because not only do they give you the tools to be physically fit, but mentally fit as well. The women who also workout there are amazing supporters as well, we truly are all in it together and have become family. There is no time like now to join :)

Dub Fitness is the best gym around! Being a part of Dub Fitness motivates you to want to better yourself, and not just physically, but mentally as well! Dub is not just a gym. This is a safe place for a diverse group of women to increase their health and well being and share life together. I was always someone who preferred running and working out on my own. As a former college athlete (albeit 2 decades ago), motivation was never a problem. I tried Dub Fitness for something new and have not looked back since 2018. I am a true introvert who always picks alone time over a gathering but the members and coaches are fantastic. It is a true judgement-free environment where each workout is at your speed. I am grateful for Dub and the coaches. My time here has added much needed variety to my workouts!

Dub Fitness has changed my life for the better and continues to do so. I don’t like going to other gym’s where people watch you and judge. Dub Fitness is female only which I prefer. The coaches and members cheer you on, support you, and drive you to be a better version of yourself. I’ve made friends, I’ve challenged myself, I’ve run races and have done a few Spartan races which I would never have done without the support and encouragement from Dub Fitness and it’s owner Erica. I actually enjoy working out and look forward to what’s next on the workout schedule. No workout is the same.

Dub Fitness is the best gym around! It not only will change the physical part of you, it will also change the metal part! When I started I was not a “workout” person, since joining, I never miss a 5am class! The coaches are all amazing, they are never give up on you, they push you to your limits and beyond. AND it’s an amazing community of women who quickly become friends! I could not imagine my life without Dub!!

Erica, all the coaches and ladies of Dub have been so encouraging and inspirational! The coaches guide you through each session helping you to work at your level and what is best for your body! They are dedicated, knowledgeable and caring ...addressing the needs of each member & always lifting you up! Even for this young gal!

I’ve been going to Dub since August of this year. I cannot say enough how much I love this gym. It’s more than a gym. I’ve been to every gym in KOP. This is by far the best. All the trainers, Erica, Becca, and Lottie, believe in us and they push us to be our best selves. It’s more than fitness too. This is a community of women who believe in each other. There are also nutrition programs you can join to help with developing healthy eating habits. The process to sign up was super easy. There are different monthly programs to choose from. There are classes in the AM and PM and every workout is different. I love this place and highly recommend it.

Dub helped me so much! I was stressed out beyond belief and putting myself last, I went in embarrassed of how far I had let myself go. Not only are the coaches knowledgeable and motivating but they truly care - not just when you attend classes but they care about you, sone days more than I cared about myself! Coach E helped me realize i can’t be the person I want to be - for my kids, my husband, my family or my friends - if I didn’t take time to invest in me. I have since moved away from the area but I still find these ladies motivate me, and I take what I learned from I’m the coaches and continue to apply it regularly. Get out of your comfort zone -I promise you won’t regret it!

Six months ago I was looking for a way to bring my fitness to a higher level. I checked out Dub Fitness and wellness. It has been the BEST investment I have made in myself! The coaches are phenomenal! Classes are great.. something different everyday. Dub not only helps you identify and stay accountable for your health goals but life goals as well! Best part.. it doesn’t matter what your starting point is.. they will meet you there!
