“My review is specifically for Julilanna, the Macy's KOP 3rd Floor Dress Dept. Manager. After a VERY LONG WAIT on the phone to speak to someone in the Macy's Customer Service Dept. about a dress I had purchased previously and was trying to get a coupon to use, I was told the dress I had purchased for $99 was now on sale for $19.76! Huge surprise! The Customer Svc. rep told me to go to the store and return the dress and repurchase it at the discounted price. She wasn't able to make the adjustment over the phone. I was told If the dress didn't come up $19.76 at the store, to call Customer Svc back and she would try to help me further. (Not a great option after waiting for over and hour on Hold, which is a BAD review for Macy's Call-in Customer Service Dept.!) I took the dress to the store and when it was scanned there, it came up $99 again. After I explained my conversation with Macy's Customer Service, the salesperson at the store called the manager for assistance. Enter Julianna! She was so patient, listening to me recount my whole story again. She informed me the dress was still $99 and wasn't even at the "Last Call" racks yet. She wasn't seeing any Sale price for it anywhere. BUT, she told me she would honor the Macy's Customer Svc. rep's price of $19.76 and she refunded me the difference of what I paid for it! I was so very grateful for her kindness!
I was told that Julianna manages the entire 3rd Floor Dress Dept., and I wanted to commend her for her kindness and quick action to make sure I walked away a happy customer. She deserves kudos for how she handled my situation.”
“We usually shop at Target at the Springfield Mall but had errands up at KoP & stopped in at that store. Such pleasant employees with excellent customer service. This is the usual experience we have at Springfield store, it was nice to have a similar experience in another store. I’ve always found the employees to be helpful, pleasant & efficient. In this day of poor customer service being more familiar than helpfulness, it’s nice to walk into a Target & know you’ll be taken care of”

The man working here was able to fix my phone in just 30 minutes and it was like my phone was never broken! He even replaced my phones screen protector (not sure if this was necessary for the process, but I appreciate it regardless). The cost was $200, so it might be worth looking at other places for better prices, but he still did a job well done and quick.”
“The elementary school teacher in our house purchased two bags of school supplies from this Target location, but mistakenly left with one. These items were for a specific event the next morning at the school. Upon discovery of the mistake, I was sent to talk to the store. The courteous young man at the customer service counter looked for the bag in multiple places in the store, but it didn't turn up. I showed him our receipt and pointed out the missing merchandise. He directed me to find the missing items, and come back and the store took care of it. Class act, Target! An elementary school class was very appreciative.”

This is my second mattress purchase with Walter's assistance, and both times he was able to answer all my questions and make helpful suggestions. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the products, the prices, and the best time to purchase when items are on sale. Ask him a question, and of course he knows the answers. “The KOP Bloomingdales has been a consistent and reliable go-to department store for me and my family for decades. It was my great grandmother's favorite store! This location has 3 floors and escalators at the center of the store. There is a wide selection within the many different departments. I love that they regularly run 30-40% off sales on high end brands. I frequent the women's clothing, jewelry, handbags, shoes, cosmetics and gifts sections. Another thing I love about Bloomingdales is that if an item I want is not available in store, they can find it at another location and have it shipped for free! Occasionally, you'll walk around and find departments with no staff person working at the register. Most often, you can head over to the nearest department and find someone there. The staff I've encountered over the years has been incredibly helpful. The personal shoppers are great too”
