Caterina made our experience incredible! She put a lot of time and thought into what we were looking for. We explored a bunch of different options together and I’m so glad she helped us! If you’re going to David Yurman, do yourself a favor and ask for Caterina!

Be cautious, and check your receipts when exchanging at this location. I purchased a necklace at a different location and when exchanging it, I only got the original amount paid for the necklace not the $60 in tax credited to the repurchase of the new necklace. I called last week and was told someone would call me back..Never happened.

We visited the David Yurman store on Saturday 11/18. The store was having a wonderful pre holiday celebration with live music (DJ) and champagne and chocolates from Venchi( new Italian sweet shop in the mall).The store was vibrant and friendly and super fun. We were able to try on some items for holiday gifts and make a selection for our son.We purchased a DY bracelet and have a box engraved for our son. The artist that decorated our son’s gift box was phenomenal!

Superb!There are numerous reviews on here speaking of poor customer service at this location. UNFOUNDED. I went in this afternoon to pick up an online order, I was prepared for what I had read. I was politely greeted as I entered the door, despite being on a mission to simply pick up. The salesperson Caterina made me feel at home quickly as she searched for my item. I continued to spend an hour in the store considering all of my options for necklaces and bracelets, which was not my plan. If you want excellent customer service and to feel like a VIP in a gorgeous jewelry store, David Yurman in King of Prussia is your place.

On my 55th birthday I went into the K Of P store to buy a necklace. There were 3 salespeople in the store ... and no other customers.. yet nobody budged when I came in. Finally, one of the salespeople came over (begrudgingly). A few minutes into my shopping, a male customer walked in. One of the other salespeople ran right over to great him. She offered him a bottle of water. He declined.I thought, "I'd love a bottle of water!" So I stared at my salesman for a minute - but no offer.Then the third salesperson (standing in front of me) calls over to the male customer (behind me) and says, "It is dinner time, why don't we get you a real drink."The male customer asks what they have.She says that they have a full bar.I keep looking back-and-forth.. but nobody acknowledges me. (I wonder if I'm on Candid Camera)..The male customer orders a cocktail ... which is served to him in a beautiful glass .. with a perfect giant ice cube.I am offered NOTHING.I passed the $5000 worth of jewelry back to the salesman, walked down the hallway of the mall, and bought myself a beautiful necklace from a nice woman at Bloomingdales.When I told my friend about this incident, she asked if my husband was offered a drink when he last shopped for me at that store. I could not wait to ask him.He was ;)

I would have not wanted any other experience other than the one I experience with Rebecca I came in six months prior and picked out my birthday piece. As soon as I walked in, she immediately remembered, put me in a fabulous piece and offered me and my lady a glass of champagne!!! Super classy and had a great eye for personal style! I will be back money well spent!

I love David Yurman and have bought several pieces at different price points. But yesterday was my first time shopping at the KOP store. I knew what I wanted and it was basically in and out.The store could improve over how to manage customer flow. When we arrived yesterday, it was a bit chaotic: All associates were occupied with customers and there several five or six customers wandering around the store waiting for our turn. They could have someone at the front door, forming a line like their neighboring high-end counterparts, but DY doesn’t seem to have this system.Overall, their jewelries are of decent quality, but the lobster clasp of my new necklace has a gap, and I had to bring it back to the store to be adjusted.

Sandy is amazing! Highly recommend shopping with her. She treats you like a friend and not a number. She also loves to hangout with you rather than force to through a purchase. She’s stylish and she will hook you up! The store is beautiful and the vibe is amazing. Get your appointments with Sandy.

Horrible customer service. Went with a friend and none of the sales rep said hi or welcome us. I thought “well maybe they just have a lot of clients lets give them a break and come back again”. Went again with my fiancé and the same experience. No one assisted us or would even look our way. Me and my fiancé were going to buy our wedding bands but had a much better experience with Tiffany & Co and Blue Nile. They lost customers with us.
