Akeem at front desk reception was incredible. My family was in town to see our grandmother and he coordinated with my mom food to bring to our rooms upon arrival. On our way out he mentioned her and how nice she was. We really appreciated that hospitality and he even gave us all a late check out. 5/5

For a “luxury” hotel I expected better from the staff. The towels were all disgusting and had stains all over them, I couldn’t use half of the ones they gave me.
Then I had an incident were I came back to my room, and housekeeping had left my room wide open, left trash from other rooms in my room, and several makeup items of mine were missing! I notified front desk staff and they had no other solution besides “letting management know.” They said that management would call me back about the situation but they never did. Honestly shameful behavior from staff and management. I don’t feel safe staying there again and leaving my personal care items in my room without them being stolen.
Rooms: Rooms are nice, but housekeeping sucks and all the towels are disgusting.
Noteworthy details: Housekeeping staff isn’t the best. Towels were disgusting and had stains all over them, they left trash that wasn’t mine in my room, and they stole several pieces of makeup of mine.

The hotel overall is really nice could use some updates. The room was comfy clean and large.

I want to give a big shout to Liz she is a house keeper. She is awesome. She made my room look like a palace while I stayed at the hotel and was out for the day. She short but she seemed like she packed out a punch in the room. Thanks Liz.

As many others have noted, the rooms have no microwave, although one is open in the restaurant/buffet area downstairs. They are also pretty small. But the location is great, and the staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Worse hotel ever! My siblings and I checked in, my brother was given a room that was unbelievable! Either it was vandalized or the exterminator was working on the room. We have proofs (pictures). How could management or housekeeping not let the front desk know of that rooms situation. Room 411. It was in bad shape! Our room I don't think those are queen beds, the beds were slanted and it just took up so much of the space. Hallway carpets were so old and no air in hallways. Wish there was continental breakfast but you have to purchase them. Lots of kids screaming in hallways bad night to be in the hotel I guess there was some soccer tournaments. I don't recommend this hotel at all! Poor quality so undated with the rooms, no microwave either.

Rooms to use a little updating however the front desk people have always been very accommodating and very friendly as has been the room service table

Good. Lobby is air conditioned, hallway was not. Everything else was pretty good, would stay again.

The only downside to this hotel is that there was no pool. We were visiting from Florida because my grandson was having heart surgery at CHOP. We had his sister with us some nights and she would have loved a swim after a long day at the hospital.
Rooms: The rooms were very nice and roomy.
Nearby activities: This hotel is within King of Prussia Mall which is very convenient for shopping and dining.
Food and drinks: Breakfast was ok but nothing special.
