My husband and I came in yesterday to look at the kids section. We were there for about thirty minutes and two different sales associates not only saw us trying out gliders, but also did not come over when we were trying to flag them down and get their attention. This is why we will be going with Pottery Barn Kids for our nursery. I’m giving the store 2 stars because it is quite massive and has a great home selection, but wasn’t worth us driving over an hour to see 3 cribs and 4 gliders while being disrespected and not taken seriously by the employees.

Sales guy finished talking to someone, then he walked towards me, got about 1 foot in front of my face and instantly turned the other way. My wife was coming over to view theset I was considering buying. He passed her to. Just to stand around and seemingly wait for other customers. 3 sales reps were within 10 feet with no customers and would look over and look away without speaking. Not sure it's cause we are black or they are just rude. We'll never spend money there.

Store has great bedding, barware n much more. Furniture is a hit or miss. Can be a bit to simple.

Bought an expensive garlic press here ($36), it broke off in a few weeks. Very difficult process to get money back.

Trimika was an exceptional sales lady! She helped my husband and me find what we were looking for, and, when that pan turned out to be too big for our needs, Trimika went above and beyond to find something that would work for us and that was in our budget. We also asked her about other products of interest, and Trimika made sure that we had all of our questions answered thoroughly. If she didn't know the answer, she went out of her way to get the right answer from her manager, Jessica, who was also very helpful to us. Both of these ladies deserve raises and bonuses for their excellent service! Thank you both!

The staff are absolutely fabulous. Three young people helped us. Each of them had great attitudes and went out of their way to find the last of the Kitchenaid set of whisks. And the stock room had it by the registers before we reached checkout.

There’s no design that crate and barrel is set up lovely. The store was decorated for the holiday season. Staff was abundant, which was nice. And although they were fully stocked, during holiday time, you do expect some sales, there were none on anything worthwhile, I went there for something specific, and was able to get that. it was extremely overpriced but it was what was requested. It still bothers me. It was about 50% more than it should’ve been. Regardless, I did put the item in my car after purchasing it and wandered around to see if there was anything else I was interested in. I’m very much in need of a sofa and furnishings. I went and looked and sat on every sofa they had. They’re displays were beautiful, but comfort is extremely lacking. Unfortunately, I can’t hold that against the store because they don’t manufacture they just sell. But it would be really wonderful to have a super comfortable sofa on display.All the display areas were gorgeous. I know a lot of people by there and don’t mind spending gobs of money because then they can say they bought it at Crate & Barrel.One of my most negative experiences with crate, and barrel is a set of dishes that were far over priced. They were a little rustic and white/ivory with a black rim around them. That rim did not hold up the dishes look awful old and used for like a dozen years or more. Crate and barrel is aware of this and yet they still sell them and I’ve done nothing for all of the people with complaints about this . This is a serious flaw and I feel that they need to address it ASAP.

One of the staff today (a white female with the grey hair in about 50-60s on the first floor) was a racist. Although I (a minority race) was just next to the two white males, she intentionally ignored me, not asking me if I need any help(but asked the two others next me. VERY UNPLEASANT experience especially for this holiday shopping season. Unprofessional. Disappointed by crate and barrel for its staff education or the lack of staff education for diversity.
