I have been a member of Costco warehouse in King of Prussia, PA for many years and regularly shop at the Costco pharmacy. Everyone at the store, including the pharmacist and assistants are super friendly and always smiling! It speaks volumes about their attention to great customer service! Mark is an exceptionally nice fellow who always greets you with a big smile!

Let me start with saying, I don't know why I did not begin shopping at Costco sooner. I am totally on the Costco bandwagon now! My primary store is the King of Prussia location and I find that this store is always clean and well organized. They have a great selection of items and are always getting in different things to try. There are a number of healthy/organic offerings, and I love to find new items. You can also find some environmentally friendly products as well such as laundry detergent, but not as many. I would love to see more. Overall, definitely recommend this Costco location, although it can get crowded, especially on the weekends (as all Costcos do).

My husband and I love shopping at KOP location, because the store are very organized, nice and clean. They always have Asian products to buy. However, I want to file a complaint for Costco online shopping. They no longer to reply via email feedback, only allow to call or do a rating with 1000 character online. My husband order the refrigerator online, we waited for the delivery date on 4/20/2022 unfortunately they delivered the wrong refrigerator which is not the one we ordered. The delivery man immediately contacted the office and just left the wrong refrigerator at my house, said the next delivery man will come to pick it up during the next delivery date. After that, we received a call from customer service representative, she assisted to reschedule for the new delivery date. And today 4/30/2022, the two delivery man came to our house and said they are just came to pick up the wrong one. We are expecting they are come to pick it up, and exchange the correct one at the same time. Which it's not! Again, he called the office again, then my husband received a called from customer service representative. Said today only for pick up, but to delivery the correct one is scheduled on 5/6/2022. No one is informed my husband the delivery date in advance until we find out today! Not only this time we encountered, the last online purchased our washer and dryer, they missed to delivery the parts to us. And we have to wait until the parts arrived to assemble before we can use the washer and dryer. This are very unacceptable and horrible! We are very disappointed with the delivery experience we had recently! Although the delivery man are just doing their job, the customer service representative is polite and assist with the new delivery schedule. But the experience we had, it's just wasting our time! Being a long time customer in Costco, surprisingly such a big leading company but the delivery service is totally below the expectations. Not only us, still have others review said the same about their online shopping delivery experience. We are strongly to hope that the management of Costco to reconsider get a better dispatcher / logistics/ delivery company to manage!

I ordered a refrigerator online Like the one I saw in this store because I needed it delivered. The refrigerator was delivered, but the compressor was bad do they had to come back to replace It. However, they brought the wrong refrigerator! The item number was different. The refrigerator was identical on the inside, but not in the outside. I hated it. I would have never purchased it. It had large, very visible cheap looking plastic covers over the hinges on the door and the original one did not. When 'I called for them to bring the correct refrigerator, they kept saying someone would call me for delivery, but they never did. The store where I saw the refrigerator couldn't help me because I ordered it online. I will never buy another appliance there. It was an expensive mistake. Don't make it your mistake.

They packed my cart and when I got home I was missing one item that was 10.99 The total order was over $300 They basically accuse me of lying and said that they put it in the cart. They would not rationally discuss it. No replacement, period! Unfortunately I decided it was not worth $10.99 to drive all the way back to Costco. My loss!

I'm a Costco fanatic (is this what adulting is?), but this Costco has me hesitant. It's larger than some of the other Costco's, so they have the ability to carry some additional products that you wont be able to find at others. It has a significant amount of products geared toward the Asian/south Asian populations which makes me immensely happy (e.g. you can find dahl, paneer, rasa malai, fish snacks, etc. that you dont always see at neighboring Costco's.) However, it's also more hectic and a bit pricier due to the location and foot traffic it gets. If I can, I prefer to avoid this location but still go in time to time to get some speciality items.

Went to this location 3 times recently after relocating to the area signed up my son had good conversation with employee who was having problems with picture for membership card !I'm old school Price Club # 1 in Rose Canyon San Diego when Sol Price Started the Company keep doing what you are doing!

Food and things at Costco are great cause its Costco but the worker who checked me out was just terrible. She was talking to her co worker the entire time checking us out and didnt even notice us.

The Costco Pharmacy staff was so unhelpful & inconsiderate. The woman was very off putting about anything I had to say about my purchase & I will NEVER be returning to this pharmacy EVER again. I would leave a 0 star if possible. This mornings events really changed my mind about Costco Wholesale all together. Do better!

Possibly the closest but also least favorite Costco in the area. It's one of the smaller locations with less in stock. Also the parking lot is terrible. It's still a Costco and great if we are in KoP instead of Pottstown or West Chester, but if we have the time, we like those locations a lot better.

Have to downgrade. A few poor customer service experiences, particularly with cashiers. A few may need a little more cultural sensitivity training and be reminded of what is appropriate professional conduct toward members/customers. All customers need to be treated the same regardless. May post specifics one day, but probably do not plan on renewing and will use BJ's as an alternative for a while.

I read that Costco required mask wearing in the store during the current pandemic so I felt it was safe to shop at the King of Prussia warehouse. What I found when I shopped there last week was that many people - including store employees - were either not wearing masks or wearing them on their chins. One of these people was a customer whose mask was hanging off his face and who was speaking loudly and coming close to other customers as he darted back and forth to speak to various employees in the area in front of the cash register. One of the employees in this section who was also speaking quite loudly had no mask on at all. Other customers shopping in the aisles were wearing their masks on their chins. In addition, I noticed large groups of adults shopping together, making it difficult to distance from them as they navigated the store. (At Whole Foods there are constant announcements on the sound system asking customers to shop in groups no larger than two.) Until the management at the King of Prussia store can supervise their employees and shoppers to ensure safety in their store, I will not be shopping there.Addendum to review: A day after posting this review, I called the King of Prussia Costco and spoke to manager named Chris about my experience. He was very responsive and concerned, said he would review the tapes from the day I was there, and send a memo to employees. He said safety is a very high priority for Costco. He also said that if I - or anyone else - sees anything like I did the day I was there, they should speak to a senior manager in the front of the store.

Staff all wore masks and let me through to the front of the line because I'm a front line health care worker. They were very kind and thanked me for the work I do.
