They bribed me to take down my review and failed to fix my car as promised. My first repair was a six hour labor job, rack and pinoin. It wasn't finished for five weeks due to Concord. Second repair, alternator. Took two weeks without my car.. Third repair, the alternator they sent failed. It sitting in the dealership for the past eight plus weeks, and they still won't let the dealer fix it. The part hasn't arrived yet, 8 weeks so far. I'm still waiting for parts from Concord. They seem to always buy the cheapest parts available. Buy the way, I told them what the problem was. As I was an ASE Certified Master Auto Technician, they had me pay the dealer to diagnose it anyway. They didn't believe me. They don't care about their customer's needs. Every time I call, they put me back on hold and hang up on me. It's not worth buying insurance from this company.

Concord Auto Protect calls itself a "Vehicle Service Program" and claims it will reimburse your expenses for covered repairs to one's vehicle. My experience with them has been a nightmare. Several auto repair shops I contacted refused service with this company. Their customer service is just awful. They are very hard to contact and even if a claim is approved, they take forever to pay. In my case, I opened a claim on Jan 9, 2024 but have still not received any money from them more than two months later. The claim was approved in writing although the authorized payout was at a low amount and did not include new parts. I have called them literally dozens of times and am still waiting for payment. They promise to pay and then no payment is made. Their rating on the Better Business Bureau is an "F", with more than 200 similar complaints. A complete nightmare. Not even worth one star.

Absolute ripoff company !!. Refused to pay a transmission claim.Apealed their refusal to the Mediator as stated in contract. Concord refused to reply and go into mediation. In fact the mediation company does not even do business with Concord. I sued in small claims court. Concord refused to show up and I was awarded a judgement against them. Am continuing following all legal remedies against this company. Do NOT do business with them . They are a scam company. Brenda C.

Im writing this review to hopefully save somebody the stress that I have endured due to this unprofessional company. I will keep writing reviews until I get what was promised to me when purchasing my auto protection plan. At the beginning of January 2023 I bought 2 auto protection plans simultaneously thinking I was getting piece of mind. One was for a 2013 Dodge Challenger and one was for a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu. At the end of February I felt the chevrolet malibu was not shifting correctly so I brought the car in to the service department of celebration chevrolet dealership. The service department then informed me there is transmission issues. Following that we emailed the service department our protection plan from Concord Auto Protect. Concord auto protection requested a specific list of documents to move forward with the repair. We along with the service advisor at the chevrolet dealership provided each and every requested document. We have called every other day, Concord Auto protect refuses to return my phone calls, repeatedly disconnect my phone calls or tell me they will have a manager call back that never does. It appears they are trying to get out of taking responsibility for their Auto Protection Plan. They are not upholding their responsibilities of what they sold me and I payed for both protection plans in full.

Here is the update on Concord auto protect. Michael Solomon CEO spoke to me 11 days ago. Michael committed to complete my claim and as stated to me a check for $578.51 would be mailed to me and arrive within ten (10) days. No check has arrived. I have sent several more emails to Michael 's email address. and attempted to call him. He has not responded I will continue to provide updates to my claim. Stay.tuned. Michael Soloman do not make a liar of yourself.

Stay away from them due to their questionable business practices. I cancelled my contract within the first 30 days and was told That I would receive a refund within 7-10 business days. After 15 business days and n refund, I called and was told they were backed up and that it would now be an additional 21 business days.

Concord is awesome! They covered my starter and my door Lock on my Beemer! And I got the car back same day! Recommend to everyone. It looks like they are spammed with bad reviews I don't know maybe it's their competitors since I had an awesome experience

If I could give a zero I would. BUYER BEWARE. Do not buy this warranty. Purchased a premium warranty for 2400.00 about 14 months ago. Never had an issue with my high mileage car until 24 days ago. My car has been sitting at the dealership UNTOUCHED for 24 days with no finalized claim, no approval or no denial. NOTHING. All they have done is sent an adjuster twice. They don’t return calls or emails in a timely manner and I have not heard from Alec Brenner since 1/16/24. My daughter cannot go to work and we have to struggle to get her to school. I have emailed their “manager” Mike Solomon many times with NO RESPONSE. This seems to me that all they want to do is have you purchase a policy that they will never honor. I already filed complaint with the better business bureau and next will be the FTC and my attorney! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY!Update: Alex and Mike Solomon never call or email back. Had to trade in the car and lost a ton of value because of this horrible company that would not fix my car. THEY NEVER EVEN DENIED OR APPROVED THE CLAIM. No finalization at all after the car sat at the dealership for 30 days. Now I got a brand new car and the payments are double what I was paying. I am also out 2375.00 from purchasing this policy. THIS COMPANY IS COMMITTING FRAUD. I am now seeking legal action.

Cancellation is a night mare. Asked for refund. Customer care person will tell someone will call back or they will reach out to billing. Nothing will happen. Sent multiple emails, no response. Still waiting for the refund.Update on 01/08: Concord team reached out to me on 01/08 morning EST hours and assured that the refund will be processed within 48 hours. I will wait for next 3 working days for further updates on this matter.Update 01/10. : No refund received. No response to the emailsUpdate 01/12 : No refund received. No response to the emailsUpdate 01/16 ; No refund received, No response to the emailsUpdate 01/17 : Received an update from customer care after continuous follow up over emails and phone calls. They need another 7-10 business days to process the refund. I will update the progressUpdate 01/26 : No refund received, no response to emails or phone calls.Update 2/15 - No cheque received, no update over emails or phone.Update 02/26 - No cheque.No response to emails or phone callsUpdate 03/07 - No cheque received.Update - Received a copy pasted email telling that the cheque is in the queue.. this is in the queue for past 2 months . Seems they are simply pushing the time without any action

If i could give negative stars there would be 5 of them. As a service advisor at a major auto dealership, I will NEVER again accept a customer that has Concord Auto Protect. This company does not respond to calls, emails, and does not return messages. They are based out of Pensylvania so their eastern time hours are from 8am to 6pm. When you call there at 4pm eastern you get an after hours answering service. Micheal Solomin (The "Manager") Makes empty promises to his costumers about no questions asked for covered repairs. NOT TRUE... If you're fortunate enough to reach him, he promises the world to the customer, then never responds again! I have been assured 4 times that an inspector is coming out to verify a claim and they have no showed every time. My current customer has contacted the Pensylvania AG office to start a case against them. Other advisors i have spoke with at other dealerships have said they are in the legal process of trying to collect on unpaid approved claims.BUYER BEWARE!! ADVISORS STEER CLEAR!!

PLEASE READ ME!! NIGHTMARE STAY CLEAR! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DON'T BUY IT! CONCORD RUINED MY LIFE! Never buy a warranty that doesn't require an inspection from the company. They will use the excuse that it's "PREEXISTING" damage. This is an EVIL company. My $18,000 car needs $13,000 worth of work to fix the VVT system. Concord claimed its "expert" technicians who've never seen the car said its preexisting damage. However, I have written proof and a documented 400-point inspection proving the car was in great shape before I bought it. They don't care the board of directors do this to people all the time. The service manager at the Maserati dealership says they pull this "preexisting" damage all the time. I complained to the manager at Concord about this issue. I could hear in his voice he knew my pain and understood this is a messed up company. They offered me a refund. But I would have never bought a Maserati without this warranty. Now, I am absolutely screwed. But that's their game. Pay them $3,000 a few months later when something major happens deny the claim, give them a prorated share pocket a few hundred bucks. ***Update*** The business is “F” Rated at the BBB (Better Business Bureau)

Concord has been the best investment I made for my car. I own a Subaru I love this car and treasure it. I was a little skeptical to try Concord at first but so far they have been great. My Subaru started making noise on me I took it to Subaru which gave me a huge bill for a wheel bearing and Axle but once I told my service advisor I have Concord he called them I didn't even have to call and guess what concord covered it! My baby is back on the road the noise is gone and I'm a happy camper! Thank you Concord!

I had this coverage for about 2 years now for my Camry, so far throughout the plan my electronic power steering rack went out on me. Concord covered it for me. A few weeks ago during a rain storm my car shut off on me I was stranded on the side of the road. I got the car towed to my local mechanic and he replaced my alternator Concord covered it and covered my tow fee. I didn't even know I had tow coverage. Honestly they have been very good to me.i am very happy with the service I recommend Concord to my friends and family! Number 1 in my opinion!!
