The Clarks team here was attentive and kind. Mike took the time to really understand what I was looking for and make sure I found a comfortable fit. I was not pressured to purchase something that wasn't 'just right' for me. (Tip: busy on weekends, try weekday if possible)

Terrible customer service. The sales associate was this bearded red or blonde-hair guy in his 30s who treated us with so much prejudice and threw every stereotype he could at us while trying to disguise it a friendly banter that it has made me lose sleep and I frankly feel depressed about it. The micro aggressions directed at us, the blatant stereotypes thrown my way in particular were hurtful. He tried to act ghetto when speaking with me while at no point did we give him any reason for that. He insisted on speaking Spanish to my friend, my husband and I the entire time and frankly WASTED our time. We did not go to Clark’s to conduct a Spanish class. In fact, I teach English for a living. It was frankly THE WORST experience I have ever had in a store EVER. Shame on you - whatever your name was. Btw, the shoes we purchased for my husband, we literally returned them the next day.
Btw, I would LOVE for management to contact me. I will explain everything in full detail. Racism isn’t funny and it isn’t good for business either.

BEWARE this store is in the Plaza NOT the Court like the pin on Google maps shows. Don't be me and walk in circles in the wrong mall because there are so few directories and the location in Google is very wrong. Store is over by Savage x Fenty, Zara, and Lens Crafters.
This store was super helpful. Mike held shoes for me when I had issues with my online order, and the manager pulled them for me the next day and swapped out the shoes for the better size for me. Very good customer service both over the phone and in person.

Just went to Clark’s last night at the King of Prussia mall looking for shoes for my fiancé and I for our engagement photos. We’ve never shopped at a Clark’s before but noticed a ton of options that we loved as we walked by. We ended up finding an amazing pair of shoes for my fiancé that were stylish and comfortable and we will for sure be buying more of this brand in the future but I cannot stress enough how we will be specifically buying them from this store in the future because of our salesman, Mike. Mike was absolutely delightful, attentive, patient and took the time to get to know us personally. Excellent customer service!

This store was very hard to find in King of Prussia mall. But thanks to the friendly staff members when I called the store they were very helpful in directing me to their location. My son got his shoes for school which he is very happy with their comfort. Very good experience shopping here

Horrible very racist staff/management I worked in retail I know protocol. if you felt like the card I was using was stolen you ask for ID to check that they match not assume swipe my card charge me say I wasn’t really charged & I can’t get a refund only a gift card that they told me I could get the day before for my dad’s birthday then I come back a day later because they did charge my card she said she talked too lost & prevention…… what was lost?? what were you actually preventing?? And I couldn’t get a refund just a gift card that I was told I couldn’t get the day before I already gave my dad the amount in cash so I didn’t go to his dinner empty handed after y’all still charged me very racist and sad I hope people take this review seriously they don’t care cause it’s not their money or family and I was racially profiled to begin with

I have been a loyal Clarks customer but can only echo the other negative comments about the staff at this location. I came in with my baby and waited over 30 minutes to be helped. Meanwhile the staff were hovering over other customers, they clearly have the bandwidth to grab a pair from the stockroom for me but I was being ignored. 2 of the staff walked past me making comments about "how cute" my baby is but no one asked me if I needed help... I was literally holding 2 display models in my hands, an obvious cue that I am waiting to try on shoes. I came in to buy a specific pair of shoes, could have been in and out in 10 minutes but spent WAY longer in the store than I needed to. And the rudeness just left a bad taste in my mouth.

They have the best shoes ever, comfortable and all, but their employees make you feel terrible about your self if they don’t have your size or something and you don’t buy!!! Even though I ordered online, they made me feel like I have made them work so hard for no reason!!!

I need to say I love Clark's shoes. several years ago, I was on vacation in Boston, a walking city, and was in desperate need of new shoes. It was like a commercial I tried on their 'unstructured' and my feet felt wonderful. That having been said this is one of the few remaining Clarks stores in the area where I live. It's a small shop in the King of Prussia Mall and for all that they've got a pretty good selection and can order more if they don't have in the colors or particular size you need. more importantly the staff are friendly, knowledgeable not just about their stock but also what is going on with the company. If they don't have what you're looking for they can explain why or when it should be found all of which leaves you with the feeling they really want you to be happy with your purchase. Yes the shoes can be a little expensive but for style, comfort and long wear, they just can't be beat.

The blonde older woman at this location is very rude and likely driving away customers. I told her I had a foot condition and she told me hers weren’t as bad as mine cause she “only wears nice shoes”. I was standing there in Vionics. The blonde lady clearly knows nothing about feet or orthotic friendly shoes. She then proceeded to try to give me an anatomy lesson, which completely wrong information…Which I know bc I’m a Healthcare professional who treats foot conditions. Brunette woman is very nice and generous! So my tip, go to the nice brunette lady

Every Clark's I've been to the employees have been terrific. I bought new Wallabees today, and was treated with great customer service. Brought me two sizes. Very helpful in decided on the best fit. Wallabees are one of my favorite shoes. This is my second pair and I be comming back for more. Great job.
