Having banked in multiple bank branches over the years, I found the service at this location to be the worst. The staff was unprofessional, rude, and egoistic, and did not seem to know how to talk to customers.
Based on this experience, I strongly recommend not visiting this branch.

Not so much a rating on the service offered here however a review of the building design. I would avoid going here as the office computers are all street side facing making shoulder surfing of credentials and information a breeze. One hidden camera is all it would take to get a hold of keystrokes and information off the screen.
At least install some type of photo chromatic film to prevent this basic physical data security flaw.

I tried to call the relationship manager on the listed phone number and the Lady who picked up the phone just hung up on me.
Why bother keeping a phone when you don't want to answer it ?

Do not use Chase!!! They will steal your money. On May 5th I closed my account at another bank and got a cashiers cheque. I deposited it to my account at Chase. They proceeded to close my account because they couldn’t “verify” with Citizens bank. On May 28th I called Chase to find out what happened. They advised that they couldn’t verify the cheque with Cituzens. The agent and I called Citizens together and Citizens verified the cheque. They were supposed to send me the cheque and as of today, June 20th, I have still not received my cheque.
How does a bank close an account, and hold the funds for over 6 weeks with no communication.
Terrible customer service and absolutely atrocious processes.
Do not bank with Chase!!!!

Phenomenal customer service from Emmanuel! I went in with my kids to open up their first checking accounts, something I could have done online but wanted it to be a memorable experience for them. Emmanuel went above and beyond, engaging my kids throughout the process, making them laugh, and being incredibly patient when we encountered technical difficulties and it took longer than anticipated. He even fixed additional issues without being asked.When we left my daughter said “that was a 10 star experience!”

I worked with Emmanuel Ntow-Mensah to pay off a car loan with Nissan. He was fantastic, patient and so helpful. He helped me make a decision that was in my best interest. I would recommend very highly!
