Ordered our mattress a few years ago and put on our box springs...which was ok but didn't work well after some time as it was too heavy for the frame and even though we reinforced with boards it sagged. We just ordered and installed the steel platform frame and mahogany headboard and it's souch more comfortable. Love it!

We bought an iron and brass bed and could not be happier! It is a good, high quality and solid product. It was shipped quickly and was well packed. The instructions were easy to follow and all needed tools were provided. I wish we had bought one years ago!

I recently purchased the Newfield bed and am very pleased with it! The quality is exceptional and ordering the bed couldn't have been easier. I spoke with Danielle who was so helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and delivered it in four days! Great quality and great customer service!

We had ordered a Charles Rogers mattress in 2017 and we really loved it. After moving across country I gave it to a family member, and thought it would be easy enough to replace it.We got our new mattresses, and they are not the same. Used to be that there was no odor of off gassing. There certainly is now.We were very displeased with our purchase, and called to return it ( so that we could get a nice mattress somewhere else) we do not like this one at all, and had to remove it from our apartment due to the off-gassing.When we called, the “customer service” person we spoke to told me to read the fine print on my invoice. They have a very vague and confusing ( at least to me) return policy, which coincidentally is sent to to after you pay with your credit card.So…. Not something that I was shown before we were charged the 20 percent deposit for my purchase.The fine print still does not state that there will not be a return on the Lifetime mattress.The description on the website also does not state that the Lifetime mattress can not be returned.We do not want this mattress at all, and on the phone the customer service person said he would make a new topper ( cassette, whatever they call it) but not take back the mattress.I went by the reputation of this company, and it was a big shock for me.Charles Rogers is unwilling to let us return this, and we very much do not like this mattress. A very disappointing purchase. We will dispute this, but not need to go buy about her mattress.Ps. We were originally given a 4 week arrival date. It took about 6 weeks to get our mattress. It arrives via UPS now ( the poor driver had to carry it up the stairs ) we had originally signed up for white glove delivery, but now ups drops it off and then you have to coordinate other people to install it ( the next day) it is t exactly what I would call “white glove” based on what white glove delivery looks like from other companies, nor is it the way that Charles Rogers delivered our mattress in 2017.I would not personally ever purchase anything from this company again. Lesson learned.

The king bed we ordered is built and finished as nice as any piece of fine furniture I’ve seen, new or vintage, very impressive. Processing and shipping was quick. It arrived in 3 packages and was probably the most efficiently & thoroughly packaged item I’ve ever bought online, not a mark on it anywhere despite obvious rough handling during shipping. Assembly was easy, though a second person was helpful. (Alana platform bed in tiger mahogany)

Since 2002 I've bought four Charles P. Rogers beds, mattresses and loads of linens -- why do I keep coming back? Because the quality is outstanding. Nothing flimsy here! These are legacy pieces. Even the 20-year-old sheets are still fantastic! And so are the sales folks when you call, offering the best advice and working with your schedule.

Very high quality, comfortable mattresses. I’ve now bought 3 mattresses, online and over the phone. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery experience was excellent. (I used “white glove” when I bought a king mattress and front door when I got full size.) Highly recommend CPR!

Charles P. Rogers ripped us off. They sold us a $5000 mattress - a little over a year ago. We have only slept on that mattress for 6 months and we have dips /indentations in the mattress where our bodies laid during the night. We complained to the company about the indentations in the mattress. The company told us how we should measure the depth of the indentations and told us we needed to send photos of our measurements. We complied. We worked on these measurements and the photo project for about 2 hours. After we submitted our evidence that included a photo of our box spring and frame, they demanded photos of the tags on our box spring. We photographed them and sent those photos. Their next response stated they would not replace the mattress because our box spring and frame were not of sufficient enough quality to hold up their mattress and not cause indentations. What a bunch of malarkey. Was this a game if the Princess and The Pea? What is the physics behind such a statement? When we first bought this mattress, no one said we needed a box spring and a frame of a certain quality in order for their mattress to work as it should and not sag! All that they had asked at the time was, do you have a box spring and frame. “Yes,” we responded. That was the end of the conversation. No one mentioned that the box spring and frame had to be of a certain quality in order for their mattress to work as a mattress should work. We told them then that they needed to prove their point to us about how successful their mattress really could be. We said, provide us with your box spring and frame so we can place the mattress on top of it to see if indeed this mattress could bounce back so to speak. They claimed it would, but they refused to send us a new frame and box spring at their expense. We even said that if the mattress did work successfully as it should and no longer sag where our bodies had lain, we would pay for the box spring and frame. They refused to do. We think they are sheisters; they are unethical. Once we return to this residence in the spring, we have researched suing them for the price of the mattress in small claims court. They are not an honest and forthright company. They cheated us.

Danielle was exceptionally helpful answering all my questions and placing the order. This is our second platform bed from Charles P. Rogers and we have been really pleased with the quality, ease of assembly, designs and sturdy construction. Very good value for the pricing.

We love our new mattress. After three trips into the store testing out the many different mattresses, we got the Estate 5000 Cushion Firm.Danielle the salesperson at the K of P mall Charles P. Rogers store was very helpful and took time to understand our requirements. I had a bunch of questions and Danielle was able to answer all of them. After numerous bad experiences with mattress stores that sell multiple brands, buying from a reputable manufacturer like Charles P. Rogers was a five-star transaction.

I would give them 10 if I could. Jerald helped me several times through the process of deciding what was best for our rooms. I'd call and he's say, hi Debbie. I was so impressed with his friendliness and professionalism. The men who delivered and set up the three beds were also wonderful. For years, I'd seen advertisements for these beds and I'm thrilled I finally got them. Just beautiful.

I was a firm believer that hybrid mattress suck, until I slept on my Estate SE Plush. I ordered the mattress and foundation. I have a bed on order so I slept with this setup on the floor. Best 2 nights of sleep that I have had in decades. I was worried about ordering a bed online that I didn't test before ordering, but have no regrets. Customer service was amazing because I had a lot of inquiries and the assembly team set up my bed in record time. Thanks to the company for producing a quality mattress made in the US that has quick order fulfillment.

Every aspect of this transaction was great except for one. There's a small stain on the mattress pad that sits atop the mattress. It's not worth the hassle of returning, but it is a little disappointing. The delivery guy (Keegan) was terrific. Said he would come between 12 noon and 1 pm and arrived right at noon. Was conscientious, pleasant, and efficient. I wish all business dealings were this smooth. Waiting for mattress to fully "inflate" as I write this, but very happy with Charles Rogers Co. Contacted company about the stain and they readily agreed to a refund to cover the hassle. It's good to know that they are still businesses that deal with their customers with integrity. Highly recommend this company for those wanting a good mattress and a good, smooth transaction!!!!!!!!

The first big investment for your well-being should be a mattress. The biggest mistake I made was purchasing a "poster-pedic" which after year 3 amassed a large indentation that left many questioning how and multiple issues with back pain. I purchased a queen-size "Real Bed w/ Cushion Top" and it has been the one of my better investments. Associate Danielle provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable on their mattress line. Two years in and this mattress provides the same support as Day 1.

I have purchased two beds from CPR, and I have slept well in each. My sales person, Dianna, was extremely accommodating to my needs and the overall experience of buying the second bed was quite positive. I would recommend CPR to anyone in the market.
