Awesome customer service. The selection of apparel and sneakers are good as well. I was satisfied. Had to do a return for store credit for my son sneakers he could no longer fit. I brought them awhile ago and he beat me to it hia growth spurt.

I will never order from the store again. Be careful with items that you think are in stock. I put an order in for six items as a birthday gift for my son for back to school they charged my account and every day I get another email saying that the item is out of stock we are down to one item that I received and it was the wrong size they should know their inventory and should know when clicking on the order if the item is in stock or not. A huge inconvenience and very unprofessional and will never order from the store again

Just tried to call to see if they had any KD 14 in stock. I literally let the phone ring for 5-8 minutes and no one answered. What’s going on there. I found a different retailer that picked up the phone

I'll be honest. If your looking to pick up a pair sneakers not a bad place to go. But for me , a sneaker enthusiasts ( sneakerhead) , it doesn't really hit . Sure I sometimes get stuck dealing on Resellers sites, but I need more than a pair of Nike Air Prestos ( by the way very comfortable). So go and buy. ??♂️

They have a wonderful selection of shoes but the employees aren't very attentive it was overly crowded and there wasn't anywhere for my son to sit down and try on his sneakers that he wanted so he had to stand of course he couldnt fit them but there weren't anyone around to help even size his feet apparently they dont have a foot measure I will never go there again horrible experience

Excellent staff & service!! They were extremely helpful and efficient with getting the right sizes and selections for my boys. Store was very clean and they had great selection—I would highly recommend!

Its Christmas Eve, it was very busy but they had plenty of staff on hand. So they made it a quick in and out. Oh and btw the shoes are off the chain??
