I had the best experience at the Casper store at KOP! Everyone on staff was friendly, but Jillian was so thorough in helping me pick out my perfect mattress — she shared so much good insight while I was testing them all out, and she helped make this big choice an easy one. I was so happy to have gone in person instead of just buying online! Always a better experience.

The sales representative Max Blankenship was so informative and overly helpful!! He even tried to get an earlier delivery date for us! A very pleasant experience thanks to Max in the King of Prussia PA store!

I visited king of Prussia Casper’s and they made me feel very welcome and made sure I knew about all the products I asked about. I met with max and he was very knowledgeable and helpful! He walked me through the steps to maintain the original quality and general wellness of my mattress. Learned lots of new things! I also picked out pillows on his recommendation and boy are they the best!

Just order the bed online. Guys at the store pretend you’ll get a good deal if you buy the in the store but if you order the bed online it’s the exact same price. Don’t get got! Used cars salesmen!

Casper beds are great, but pricey! Reminds me of the adage: "you get what you pay for!" I like the fact that the sales rep took his time to explain all the features for the mattresses, pillows and bed frames. He even encouraged (my wife and I) to lay on the display bed(s) to experience the comfort level and massage features! After our visit here, we're seriously considering upgrading to a king sized Casper bed unit!

We had a scheduled appointment today at 10:30 AM. No one was at the store. We waited, eventually called the store and left a message. Someone did return my call 15 minutes later and said they did not schedule anyone to be in the store until 12:00, but someone was on the way, and would be at least another 15 minutes until they arrived. Casper sent me MULTIPLE reminders for this appointment….will NOT be rescheduling with a cosplay that does not staff their store during regular hours and disrespects others time and needs. Will be purchasing a different mattress.

We bought a queen and twin mattress and frames 3/2018. The queen bed became very rickety and I noticed the legs (plastic) were cracked. I emailed the company and at first was only told the warranty was for 1 year. Too bad! Disgruntled, I emailed again and the next customer service person told me that the manufacturer’s warranty was 20 years! She contacted the manufacturer and was able to get me replacements for free. Not sure why there is such a discrepancy. I feel like a 20 year warranty would be a major selling point! Anyway I updated this review to reflect this. Lost two stars because of the first customer service representative’s infuriating response.

Came to the mall for something else,passed the store to check on pillow cases and ended up buying a standard pillow and illow cases as well. Jamal was a great help!
Unfortunately the store didn't have much pillow cases diversity. But I was able to save $25 on it!!!

Excellent service, very patient, I went back forth 30 times trying all the beds! Staff so helpful, laying on the bed now. Don't think I'm ever getting up! So happy with my purchase ?
