It was a wonderful experience from dropping my car to picking it up after repairs were completed. I spent a total of just 15 -20 min at the shop. I was informed of the progress periodically and the vehicle repair was completed right on time when it was promised. The repairs were also very satisfactory as of now but it’s only been a week. I am very pleased with their service and repair quality. Thank you!!

The lady at the front desk is not professional, she made a mistake in my car papers and caused us a delay.
She is very rude, mean and her voice is loud, I don't know how they hire someone like her to deal with the public!!

Calliber Collision is so professional. They are so thorough, and they explain every step of the way. Sam was so helpful. He guided me through the repair process, and made sure all my questions were answered. They kept me informed with the status of my repair every day. I have never had such a good experience with car repair center. I recommend Calliber Collision as the best place you could take your auto for repair.

An employee from my car repair shop recommended Caliber Collision to fix a door that was out of alignment. I was able to schedule an appointment at my earliest convenience. Melissa greeted me and Brian saw me on time. He looked at the problem and was able to take care of the issue in the moment. I really appreciate his efficiency, courtesy and professionalism.
