Yesterday was one of my craziest shopping experiences ever. I ordered a pair of Burberry sneakers online and had them shipped to the store once I got there they took me through the wringers. The Asian young lady asked for my receipts an email I showed them to her instead of bringing back the shoes she bought the manager. Now remind you I am in my job clothes which I work for SEPTA and also the general chairman of smart Union they wanted to make sure the item was mine so they wanted me to email the managers personal email which I refused. However As an African-American young man we need to start supporting our own businesses where we will not be mistreated. This is not the first experience like this and it won't be the last as I walk through King of Prussia Mall 70 percent of the customers were black we need to wake up including me.

I purchased a waist bag for almost $1000, the colors ran together and the color of your clothing will rub off onto the bag, it's impossible to clean, if you try, the colored lines on the bag run together, don't waist your money, and the company won't honor this

The staff were great and enjoyed my visit however the store is largely lacking some of the details you’d expect. For example no refreshments and no cedar balls available for a relatively expensive cashmere sweater purchase.

Went here to buy my Fiancé a purse, and the service was spot on. Our service representative was kind, professional and offered us some water while we waited for the gift to be wrapped.

This is absolutely the worst customer service experience i have ever had in a store. I tried to make a return and the manager, Vera, treated me like a criminal. She never once apologized for the poor service her and her associates gave me, and questioned me about my purchase history for fifteen minutes in front of gawking customers. I will never be back. If you want to spend go to the Louis store down the hall.

The store was only allowing a few customers in at a time, which is likely their policy. They do not do repairs on their own watches and guided us to a mall kiosk that repairs all instead.

My husband bought me an almost $3,000 bag for my birthday. When it arrived in the mail it came with a scratch on the buckle. We started calling immediately and kept getting told they would honor it under warranty but we needed to get it out a store; because we were not near the store currently they said they would send us a shipping label. We called multiple times over the course of a few month to follow up on the shipping label and finally just drove it to the King of Prussia store to get repaired or replaced. After dropping it off they told us it would take 6-8 weeks for repair which we agreed to . After having it for a week and a half they called back and told us they would do nothing and to come pick it up. So now we have wasted months trying to get this resolved and Burberry will not honor the fact they sold a damaged bag. The manger at the King of Prussia store basically told us it was not his problem and if we wanted help to call the 1-800 number. Just a side note -I want to add this was not the first time we have had issues with this store a few Christmas's ago they mislabeled a Christmas present my husband purchased me and sent it to the wrong address. The store had my husband knocking on strangers doors days before Christmas trying to find my gift rather then reshipping . Follow up: after going back with the store and customer service they are saying the damaged bag they sold me, was my fault and that it is normal wear and tear from use. Funny how the "use" happened prior to it coming out of the box. I am sickened by there lack of responsibility and service. We have purchased so many items from Burberry and have been long time patrons, but they will never get out business again.

Absolutely amazing! I walked in because my handbag had a button that popped off. They offered to fix it immediately. I left it with them. And then on second thought, my boyfriend, who purchased it for me, decided he wanted to ask for a totally new one, as it is less than a year old. They had absolutely zero issue with it. They are replacing the entire bag for me! The sweetest girls work in there. Wish I could give them ten stars!
