For someone who works at a store that is supposed to bring joy to children, Becky is a pretty miserable one. She was rude with an attitude as soon as we walked in. Becky, if you are so unhappy being there, you need to reevaluate your life. Don’t try to ruin someone’s day because you are not happy with yours. Because of you, we will not be coming back.

We had such a fun time! The staff was so friendly and there were plenty of options of animals and clothes. We arrived early on a Sunday and there was practically no one else there so it was a nice private experience for our 16 month old. We will be back!

I wanted to make a plush toy in the same store but in New York and we had the chance to go to this big Mall and there was also this store where there was no one, I took the opportunity to make my plush toy The staff here were friendly.I will happily come back to this shop to make a stuffed animal again! :)

unfortunately not much clothing is carried in store, bear underwear is limited to one -one style piece. mostly everything can be found online so really it’s just a workshop. not much fun for my old bear who’s about 16. ha. staff who attended me, she was very kind

First time at Build-A-Bear in my life and I went with my friends and it was an amazing experience. Hannah, who helped us, did an amazing job and made it a memorable experience for me. They were so nice and even gave us some happy birthday Halloween stickers. I will definitely be coming back in the future for my Build-A-Bear needs.

My six-year-old is a pandemic child, which means that she didn’t have the experiences that my older children had regarding things like building a bear or walking around a mall without direction. :). I took her to BUILD A BEAR for the first time yesterday, and she was absolutely in heaven. The staff was fabulous and as excited as she was. The photos don’t do justice to how happy she was. Thank you Build-A-Bear of Kop.

KOP location MUCH better than Willow Grove in terms of selection. WG employees try to be helpful but follow you around the store, pressuring you to buy everything. Sale prices were good though.
