This company is impossible!! We have problems with the service going down. When I called to ask about cancelling they said your breaking up. I told them its their service so its on them not me. They are not helpful. We have asked for lines to be taken off our service and they continue to bill us for these lines. These are lines that we have moved to another service because the contract was up on these lines. They are rude. I asked to talk to someone about the contract and for her to transfer me to that department and she put me on hold for 10 minutes and then came back telling me what she thought I wanted to hear. I asked her again to transfer me and she argued with me!! I had to ask 7 times for her to transfer me. She finally did it and I couldn't hear the rep she transferred me to. Bad Service. No wonder why they filed for bankruptcy!! Do not use this service. I tried to pay over the phone and the rep continue to get the credit card number incorrect!! What is with this company?

I never right bad reviews but this is possible the worst company to work with. We got their phone systems and every time there is a problem they redirect you someone else like Verizon or Comcast. I would never use this company again if I wasn't locked into a 3 year deal. Horrible horrible customer service!
