I ordered my first Breitling online for pickup at this location. As soon as I walked in, the staff was friendly, courteous and professional. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. I absolutely love my new watch!

I love my Super Avenger. My first grown up watch and eventually purchased a Transocean. My review is about the Breitling repair service experience. I dropped my Super Avenger for estimate on repairing hand on bottom dial. Besides the hand repair, no other issues & watch working fine. The watch had to be send off to be diagnosed. I paid the shipping fee. It took over 4 weeks to get a diagnosis which I felt was a bit long. The total service cost was going to be ~25% ($1,445 + tax) of what I purchased the watch for. It also included an extended 2 year warranty as it included a full service beyond the single hand repair. I decided to decline the service & would use that repair cost to a new watch.It took another 2 weeks for them to return watch to store. When I went to pickup my watch, I had to pay a $30 decline fee which I felt was nickel & dime for a luxury brand.

Walked in and were greeted well by Lindsay. She showed us around and eventually we were able to find a watch for my father on Father’s Day. She was very helpful and answered all our questions. She made the process a lot easier than I imagined. Marc also was very professional and kind. Would definitely recommend going to them for any of your Breitling watch needs. 10/10 would recommend.

I bought a brand new Superocean 42m today at the KOP Mall. John the staff member was amazing and absolutely professional. Before buying my Breitling, I was at another watch boutique and was treated poorly. I will always go back to Breitling for watch purchases. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.
