2 security guards by the front door. Smirkingly said "maybe you'll get a discount" as my husband our daughter and I were coming in. Disrespectful, obviously they aren't getting any discounts if they are still working the front door

The man flat out lied and said it’s no returns I went home and looked up the policy and it says 14 days to exchange or return as long as it’s in it original state…
