The staff in this store were so incredibly helpful and kind. I can’t thank Ron enough for going out of his way to help me with my wedding band. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Blue Nile in KOP far exceeded my expectations! My fiance & I went in to look at wedding bands & were greeted immediately by Amari (with the sweetest smile & disposition!) . Amari was kind, knowledgeable & you could tell she loves helping people pick the perfect ring! We also interacted with Ron who made sure the entire process from trying on rings to purchasing was smooth!! He was also very knowledgeable & kind which I appreciate when coming to speciality store with little to no knowledge. Highly recommend!!

We had an excellent experience with Blue Nile staff and service. Eva was our representative, and she made every step of the way so easy and convenient from payment questions to shipping she was with us through it all. I would highly recommend both Eva and Blue Nile to anyone considering making a purchase from here, don't hesitate it is worth it.

We first went in to Blue Nile in early November and were warmly greeted by Taylor! We were looking to get a new engagement ring for myself as our wedding was coming up and I wanted a simpler band style and larger diamond. Taylor was so patient in not only showing me all the different band styles but also educating me on the different grading scaled for diamonds. She also explained how their diamonds are sourced and I felt comfortable knowing my diamond would be ethically sourced. Since it was a large purchase we had to think about it. She provided all her contact information and send me a link of the bands I was looking at.We went back to Blue Nile for Black Friday and asked for her specifically. She remembered us and pulled up the email she had sent me. They had a sale on wedding bands and she showed us matching wedding bands to match the engagement ring I liked. She then spent the next hour looking over all the different diamonds, explaining what she noticed in each diamond and how they ranked on the different grading scales. We ended up purchasing the new engagement ring and matching wedding band which came in in less than 3 weeks. It was absolutely perfect and I am so thankful Taylor took the time to work with us and give us a wonderful experience!

I went there to go look at rings for myself and was helped my a young lady named Amari she was such a great help and joy to be around very professional and very informative with color of stones and cuts of the stones would go back 10/10 customer service

We love Blue Nile! We looked at many stores for engagement rings, and Blue Nile had the most flexibility AND the conflict-free diamonds I was looking for. We made a slightly customized order, and worked with Ron. He was fantastic! But every employee we've interacted with (like when we chose and picked up our wedding bands) is wonderful. I can't recommend this KOP store enough!

My partner and I had an appointment set-up with Ron at KoP to discuss a specific engagement ring style we had seen on the Blue Nile website. We were nervous only because we had one experience with a prominent brick and mortar that felt way too sale-sy, pushy and left us feeling uncomfortable to want to return. It was night and day with Ron - he was professional, friendly and completely consultative - providing extensive expertise and education on diamonds, and always maintained awareness and sensitivity to our budget throughout, never once trying to push us in any direction. Rather, Ron was there as an advisor to us to make us feel comfortable and well-informed. It took not even 2 days for us to reach back out to Ron with a decision to move forward on a beautiful ring - to which Ron was extremely responsive and lovely to engage with. We can’t thank him enough!

I visited this store with my fiancé-to-be, and Ginny (Virginia) was such a pleasure to deal with. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to guarantee we had a great customer service experience. While we were just shopping around and did not purchase that day, we do hope to return!

My wife needed a replacement neckless chain and Blue Nile had a great online selection at reasonable prices. There are so many online jewelry sources that do not inspire trust it's great having one that does.

We just stopped by to get our rings cleaned, which takes less than 5 minutes but they wouldn't let us in. They said they close at 8 pm and we came in at 7:15 and they said they wouldn't take us. I don't understand...it's not like they had any customers and they were all just sitting there doing nothing.

We went to several places to find a ring and this was by far my favorite. Ron was very helpful and really went above and beyond to explain to us the different diamonds and settings. He made sure that we got what we wanted and I never felt like he was trying to push us to buy something more expensive just to make a sale. I loved the ring selections they had and getting to pick out the diamond was an interesting experience. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a ring who doesn't want to deal with "salesmen" but experts instead. The prices were also very reasonable, which is always a plus!
