“Stopped in as I wanted my battery checked and I had a check engine light on. Charles H was quick to help. Got the code pulled, and found out my battery was 7 years old and tested poor. Got a battery installed with his help. He also made mention of a few things with the terminals that could be replaced to make for a better connection for my old Subaru. Ended up buying a few more items while I was there because of his help. I wish I could have this in my neighborhood!! Guys like Charles deserve recognition from management for their efforts.”
“My car suffered a minor side swipe but unfortunately it hit three different panels and was deep enough that I worried about rusting. I went through the other driver's insurance who recommended Norcini as an approved repair shop in my area. I dropped the car off and was told it could take a couple of weeks but less than a week later, I got a call that it was ready to go. The repairs aren't noticeable (so job seems to have been done well) and I was pleasantly surprised that they had washed and vacuumed my car! I can't speak to prices since it went through the other guy's insurance but I had a good experience with Norcini.”
