Nice clothes and probably a great place to purchase a capsule wardrobe as everything seems to coordinate with everything. I find the prices to be a little on the high end, but not sure that the clothing warrants that. I have to see how things are after they are washed. The store is laid out well. There are some palces to sit and a nice dressing room. I give it 4 stars because it only seems to cater to people who are slim.
If you are not in your 20s and 30s, you will be looked at like you wandered into the wrong place. Once I told them I was shopping for my daughter, they were relieved.

This company does not deserve a 1 star! I purchased a sweatshirt for my daughter for Xmas. I purchased wrong color. They will not return my money because I don’t have a gift receipt. I have an original receipt but has to be returned w/i 14 days. You can see that the sweatshirt is brand new!This company policy is ridiculous and does not deserve to take advantage of other people. I will make sure I tell as many people wanting to purchase from this company. There’s plenty of places that you can purchase an $85 sweatshirt that will appreciate your business!

I come here pretty frequently and can say I’ve had a positive experience every time. I’m always greeted and offered assistance as soon as I come in. One associate in particular, Sarah, provides the absolute best help every. single. time. She has exceptional product knowledge and goes above and beyond with my experience. Every time I’m looking for something in particular, she immediately knows where it is, if they have it, and if not, she would know how to get it. One particular instance, I was looking for a shirt and was bummed it was not in stock, but Sarah assured me she can make it happen for me, despite it being sold out. She got it ordered for me and it came super quick. She’s the best.

Had the best experience with Sarah!Personally, I wanted someone’s help picking out clothes and making outfits so I really appreciated how helpful she was, and she genuinely put together very cute looks that fit the style I described. This may not be the best place if you are shy since it’s a very involved shopping experience, and it’s definitely on the expensive side. However, if you’re looking for help with how to style clothes and have a decent budget, the women at Aritzia have really good taste in my opinion. The clothes are great quality and fit very well, nice fabrics and construction. Overall I’m really happy!

Every time I visit, I have a terrific experience. When I enter the store, I am greeted right away, which honestly freaks me out. I appreciate how the staff are constantly on the lookout for folks in need. Even if their friendliness and smiles are made up, it still feels wonderful to be welcomed. I gave a four-star rating due to the fitting rooms. Don't get me wrong, I love the concept of changing and checking yourself in a large, roomy mirror, but when there are lots of people present, especially since the fitting room is left open to the public, I feel as though you can't be yourself at that time. I do believe that adding mirrors to every changing room—or even just covering the opening so it isn't visible to the public—will make your customers feel more at ease. It would undoubtedly improve the experience significantly. (P.S. There's no need to bad mouth the staff who are just doing their job.)

I had the best experience at Aritzia! The girls are so so helpful and sweet. Although it's pricey, the quality is great and you will definitely get your money's worth out of it. The store was so organized and not at all overwhelming (like some other stores that make your head spin), super clean and visually pleasing. I absolutely recommend shopping here.

Just stopped in this location last week and I truly loved the shopping experience. The girls are so pleasant, kind and helpful! The quality of the clothing is beyond amazing and the girls really go above and beyond to assist the customers with whatever they need!
