I’ve had good and bad experiences here. However, today was one of the bad ones… I went to return two items. I couldn’t find the receipt or email receipt, but knew I bought the items in June. When I explained this to the woman at the register she sighed at me and put her head down acting visibly agitated I didn’t have the receipt. She insisted I had an email receipt, which I didn’t for this transaction. She found the items quickly and ultimately returned the items. I don’t understand why she had to be so rude to me. I wasn’t rude to her.

My experience with the store manager, Natalie, left much to be desired. I was met with a patronizing attitude when inquiring about a store policy. It's disappointing when seeking clarity turns into condescension. Worst customer service experience I’ve had in quite awhile; thanks Natalie.

The first one I arrived at the store to pick up my order. I was sad. My order had been put back the day before but I had never been notified that it ever even arrived at the store. But then one of the managers helped me and they were able to ship me the item at no charge to my house and it made everything so much better. Because I did not want to go back to the King of Prussia Mall. It's a madhouse, especially this time of year. So shot out to Bella I believe her name was.

I visited this Anthropologie on Wednesday September 6th, 2023 around 6:30PM. I drove quite sometime to get specifically to this Anthropologie because I was looking for something specific for a conference that I was in town for. Let me just say, I should have listened to the google reviews. I walked around for at least 20 minutes, not a single person acknowledged me or asked if I was looking for something (which I was!) I did find a couple of things and went back to the fitting area to try on. I came out because I had a question about the fit on the jumpsuit I tried on. The associate answered my question, but then continued to go "over the top" on how great this outfit was on me, and that I "had to get it". It was not good, and I really did not appreciate the passionless assistance that they were providing. Will not be back.

Can’t believe you have to wait so long to give your money to the cashier. My 20 minutes wait I asked twice for additional cashier. Really poor customer service. So expensive for just ok product.

Rude! The work was super friendly with all the customers in front of me. After waiting my turn, the clerk never acknowledged me. She then printed something out the register and walked away. The 2nd employee began to talk on the phone and again never looked my way. So after letting this go on, I asked about my pkg. Smh, i hate to say it was a race issue, but it really felt like it. Funny all the Caucasian customers were treated friendly. I must have been invisible ??

Great store! Great selection! However, Quinn was super rude and made the environment a bit awkward. LOVE the clothes though!
