I have given this place multiple chances because I know it’s a small family owned business, but the extreme rudeness of the owner today was the final nail in the coffin, I won’t be going back.
On at least three different occasions, my order was not ready when promised. (And they charge premium prices so the service should reflect that.)
This time the same instance- I stopped by around noon, and they didn’t have all my items. I called two additional times and was told they would see if they had it before they closed. When I finally went to pick up the item, I asked the owner if she would consider reducing the charge for the one item due to the inconvenience cause and rather than politely decline- she literally started gesturing at me and YELLING at me to get out. I have never been yelled at like that unless I deserved it and I don’t think gently making a request is grounds for that.
If the owner reads this I hope she will consider that a little politeness and kindness can go a long way, but rudeness will cost you business.

the lady owner seemed very friendly at the beginning, when i went to do the alterations.When you ask about price regarding credit card ,(that why they are charging 4% on your credit card,)she and her husband become were very upset, the attitude was really rude .. The owner is definitely a crook, and they should close this business ASAP.

When I went to do the alterations for my clothes, the lady owner seemed very friendly, kept saying she has 45 years experience, I would be satisfied. But when I went to pick the clothes, the alterations seemed not as we discussed. I paid the price and asked questions about the alterations, this time she was very upset, the attitude was really rude. My experience there is not good, was really different from I had with other similar cleaning and alteration stores.

The tailor here has rescued many of my favorite garments. Dry cleaned items always came out right. Local KoP gem.

Excellent service. I requested for same service as I am travelling for business. The lady hand wash my clothes and iron them in 2 hours without additional charges. She is kind and chatty too!

This was the worst experience with ANY company let alone a simple dry cleaner. The owner is definitely a crook. I brought in a shawl that needed some hemming around small parts of the perimeter. It was a super easy fix that I could have done myself, but didn't have much time and I figured I'd have a professional do it. She was 3 days late getting it done. On top of that the hemming- sewing job was horrible. It looked like a 3 year old did it. Once I brought it to her attention (Myung is her name according to the receipt) she became super defensive and ballistic. She told me she should have charged more which wouldn't have even been a problem for me I just wanted a complete job. She called me bad names and told me what I wanted was too much for her to handle. Why take on the job then? I, the professional, paying customer had to ask her to calm down, but she never did. I honestly felt that my life was being threatened so I just took my shawl, told her she's unprofessional and left. They can't keep up with the work. Even the customer before me had a problem with them. Also, parking there is dangerous!! Don't waste your life, time and money. They are horrible. I never leave reviews, but this was a scary experience and I had to do this.Service: Alterations

The owner is so rude and deceptive it’s troubling. I use to get my clothes dry cleaned here every week up until I discovered she was a crook. For instance, I never use to keep my receipt slip, so when I use to pick my items up she would ask me if I had my slip and When I told her no she would overcharge me. In other words, if you don’t have your slip she makes up a totally different price, one much higher than the original. I didn’t say anything to her bc I didn’t have proof, instead I “pretended” like I didn’t have my slip the following week when i picked up my 8curtain panels. Just like I suspected, she tried to up-charge me. This time I was ready for her..:after she told me the price I pulled out my slip and she was charging me $75 more. Its freaking disgusting to do that to a customer, let alone, one who patronized her business weekly. The worse part was her rebuttal…she got so rude and nasty as if I did something to her. I was disappointed in the quality of service here. One of the buttons on an expensive coat was broken in half. I'm going to have to bring it to a tailor now to get the buttons replaced. Also the other clothing still had lint/hair/ and stains that I had to remove myself due to the lack of care from this cleaners.

I highly recommend you do not use this place. I got 3 pairs of pants dry cleaned and only received 2 back. When I informed the owner, she claimed that they never made a mistake in their careers and that I was trying to steal from them, as if they didn't just lose a $100 pair of pants from Brooks Brothers. When I asked if I could pay extra for them to look for the pants she just yelled and me and said "You lie," as if I wasn't holding a receipt that said 3 pants and was only holding 2 pairs. I downloaded this app specifically jus to tell people what happens when they inevitably lose your clothes. For the record I will be going to that store everyday until they at the minimum at least look for the pants.
