I moved from another state and was looking for a good laundromat. I found it through Google, and the owner's friendly smile made me feel very comfortable. It was a simple laundry, but I was grateful for the meticulous care and the fast service. Of course, the price was reasonable. I'm glad I found a good place and I think I'll use it often.

Beware and do not come here. They ruined my $300 brand new silk dress by using (huge!) safety pins through the fabric. The multiple holes are now expanded and running down the dress. When I confronted them about this, the only resolution they offered is a refund on the dress cleaning (I wanted my whole order refunded, because I now need to repurchase the dress, so I’m out $300).
Update: they did refund the whole order, which I appreciate. But I still feel that a professional dry cleaner should know not to make holes silk fabric (there are pins and clips that are safe for silk, but that’s not the ones they used).

Horrible cleaners. they ruined my expensive dress I took there for alteration and when I called to complain, the owner started shouting saying someone else ruined the dress!!!!! and refused to even refund me. very rude, very angry, very unprofessional. if there was a -100 rating, that is what they deserve. I wonder how can these people stay in business. Not only they don't know anything about dry cleaning and alteration, they are super expensive and extremely rude. When the owner refused to refund me or fix the dress and not even accepting responsibility and saying someone else has ruined the dress and I said I will complain, he said do whatever you want to do!!! This is the attitude of the owners! very rude, very disrespectful, very impolite and unprofessional.

Husband has had shirts laundered there for many many years. Also get tailoring and repairs done very reasonably.

I loved this cleaner until they increased the pricing per shirt from $2.50 to $3.00! I understand the need behind price increases but 20% is offensive and I wear dress shirts 20 times a month so onto the next cleaner…Service: Clothes pressing

Ace Cleaners is Great! They always have my clothes clean and ready to go in a short amount of time. Pricing is very reasonable and straight forward. Owner is extremely nice and welcoming. Best Cleaner in the area!

Took a suit here to get dry cleaned for a wedding. Owner is very kind and chatted with me while ringing me up. Asked me when I needed it for and to my surprise was able to have it days before other places in the area. Price was very reasonable and the suit looked great! I will be coming back here for all of my dry cleaning needs and I suggest you do the same.

Ace Cleansers is the worst dry cleaner ever and the owner ruined my expensive theory silk blouses! Because of all the good reviews, I took one of my Theory silk blouse there for dry clean. When I came to pick it up, I found the tie of the blouse was still dirty. So I asked the owner (A Korean lady) and she seemed annoyed and told me she’ll try one more time but no guarantee she could clean that. I said fine and wanted to give it another try. But today when I went the second time, The experience was horrible. The tie was cleaned but there was a big stain in the back. I asked the owner why the stain was there and it was not there before. She just said she couldn’t clean it. Google review doesn’t give me an option to upload a picture so I can’t let you see how bad it is. It is an expensive over $300 Theory silk blouse and now it is ruined. I almost cried at the store and, to my surprise, The owner said something like “the silk is very delicate so you should take better care of it”. What? I am 100% sure that the stain was not there before and I can’t believe she said that. I really regret that I didn’t take a picture of the blouse before I brought it to the store so I have a proof. The owner is very irresponsible, no sympathy, and no Customer Service spirit. She didn’t even say sorry for ruining my blouse. I am not recommending you go or not go to the store but this is my honest experience (and mistake) with Ace Cleansers.
