David, a maintenance tech, was so helpful and kind! He called before to check if I was home and then knocked as well so he didn’t scare me by just walking in! He answered my request within 5 minutes of me placing it despite it being 4:45 when he could have just ignored it and gone home for the day! He was very polite, professional, and efficient! I couldn’t thank him enough for his help! Thanks David for all your hard work, I hope your supervisor sees this and gives you a raise because you deserve it!

Dave and Luke were the best! They fixed the issue in a very quick and effective manner, and even waited a few minutes to let us wake up a bit haha! Dekalb is the best, and the maintenance crew are always respectful and kind. Can't recommend them enough!

We received some top notch service from maintenance tech Julian! He changed our dishwasher for us after it stopped working and was super courteous and thorough! He even cleaned out some yucky stuff from behind the sink cabinets. Thanks 251 Dekalb and Julian!
