“This review UPDATED on November, I7, 2023.I had my car inspected 2 weeks ago. PASSED WITH FLYING COLORS.. Including an oil change...So, when I got home I noticed that the FOG LIGHTS weren't working.So I drove by today, and 20 minutes later, FOG LIGHTS WORK!!!! ?️???✌️?????.. This place does ALL KINDS OF AUTOMOTIVE REPAIRS, TIRES, ETC... IF I could give them 6 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, I certainly would!!!! KUDOS C + J ???????”

“I’m not one to usually write reviews but this one is much needed, I’ve known the Phillips family for over 5 years now from being a past employee to turning into a customer from the the start of my business Mike and Stacy have gone above and beyond to help me out. Phillips Automotive is the true dictionary definition of a small family owned business! Reasonable pricing compared to other local shops and dealers, to easy and up front honest solutions they are truly going to tell you how it is. Mikes not going to just have you throw parts at something if he knows it’s something that can be fixed (very well capable and experienced guy, just check out there social medias and see the true craftsmanship and pride that they take in the work they do)I’ve been referring people to Phillips ever since I have known them, I recently told a family friend of ours to bring in there Honda pilot that the dealership told them needed the following (cats, 02 sensors, motor mount and trans mount) I personally looked at the vehicle and told them that was not the case and to bring it to Phillips as I did not have the time to make the repairs or property diagnose it myself. Turns out the family friend completely forgot to mention that I sent them, but guess what it isn’t necessary when it’s a place you can trust! Mike and Stacey were up front with them and the pilot only needed an 02 sensor! Just like that they saved thousands on the repair bill and we’re not sold useless unnecessary items.Service: Auto engine diagnostic”

“I've only used these guys twice so far but I'm incredibly impressed with them! I recently got hustled by Firestone and my dad recommends this place which, if you know my dad, you know that his recommendation is a golden stamp of approval.
I just got new tires and when I called in I had done my research and found a great tire on their website. When I asked for it, the guy on the other end recommended a less expensive tire with a better warranty and way better tread since I mentioned that I like going to the mountains.
They also checked my alignment for only $100 (I was charged almost $200 at Firestone which is basically what the charged for an actual alignment!) I am definitely going to continue doing business here.”

“I don’t typically review mechanics since they are all usually the same. I’ve been to this location 2 times now with both of my vehicles. The second time was to get a new tire. Was told at the register to come in at noon on Wednesday. Showed up, and the tire wasn’t there because the shipper wasn’t on time. Guy (Pat I think his name is) was extremely apologetic and started dialing numbers trying to fix the solution. While frustrated, I understood it wasn’t his fault and agreed to come back the next day. Next day came and he gave me the courtesy of calling me to tell me the tire was there. I showed up and tire was on within 30 mins. He even waved the install fee. I will be coming here from now on. Any business who can own a mistake (which isn’t even entirely theirs) and go the extra mile to make the customer feel whole is so rare nowadays.”

“Got a flat down the road and was able to make it to Blue Ribbon before it closed. The man working there was full up with work, but he stopped to see if he could help me anyway. Thankfully I had a clean puncture in my tire that he could fix, and he had me back on the road safely in about 10 minutes! This place really saved the day as I was about an hour from home. “Wow. I called these folks out of the blue when I had a valve stem torn off of one of my rear tractor tires which were calcium filled. Other businesses I called wanted to come out to the field, remove the whole wheel with a 1 - 2 week turn around.
Baird and Rudolph had a service technician (Frank Chilte I think was his name) on-site, repaired the valve stem and didn't have any liquid spilled out of the tubeless tire)..... all within 4 HOURS of my initial call.
Ok, this doesn't sound like much but considering the fact that this wheel and tire weighs about 600 lbs, it was a field repair (literally) and Frank did it by himself.... that's impressive.
And by the way, they charged me about 1/3 what other businesses had quoted me.
I'll be using these folks anytime I need a service like this.

“I had a set of tires put on at Mavis that were so loud and rough riding; that I asked them to re-balance them and make sure that they weren't defective. They said that nothing was wrong and wouldn't allow me to exchange them for a different tire made by the same brand.....even though the manufacturer has a 60 day satisfaction guarantee that allows it. They basically didn't want to deal with the paperwork and logistics to do so....So I went to CJ's and told them the issue. Even though it wasn't their original install, Stephanie and Jess worked with me and Stephanie was on the phone 45 minutes with the manufacturer getting all the exchange paperwork and logistics in order. They installed new tires the next day and they're great. Stephanie and Jess went above and beyond to give me great service. CJ's also has a clean waiting area and shop too; so my wife and I will be taking our cars there going forward.”
