I had a set of tires put on at Mavis that were so loud and rough riding; that I asked them to re-balance them and make sure that they weren't defective. They said that nothing was wrong and wouldn't allow me to exchange them for a different tire made by the same brand.....even though the manufacturer has a 60 day satisfaction guarantee that allows it. They basically didn't want to deal with the paperwork and logistics to do so....So I went to CJ's and told them the issue. Even though it wasn't their original install, Stephanie and Jess worked with me and Stephanie was on the phone 45 minutes with the manufacturer getting all the exchange paperwork and logistics in order. They installed new tires the next day and they're great. Stephanie and Jess went above and beyond to give me great service. CJ's also has a clean waiting area and shop too; so my wife and I will be taking our cars there going forward.

I have been going to the same CJ's for 10 or more years. The prices are reasonable, the service is fast & the staff are always friendly.

Fast, friendly service. My car had a tire with a slow leak. They were able to repair the tire without an appointment. I was in and out in less than an hour.

CJ's does a fine enough job, but you only sign up for a time to appear for your while-you-wait oil change, you don't "schedule" it. The last two times I "scheduled" an oil change my car languished in the parking lot for a at leas an hour before it was taken in, and I spent two hours each time in the waiting room. I looked forward to doing some reading on a dense book, but even two hours was a little much. Like I said, they do a fine enough job, the people are friendly, the prices are competitive, and there are worse places to spend two hours on a Friday morning. But I wish their online scheduling system meant something.

C J's is my GOTO for tires, inspections and maintenance for my vehicles for well over two decades. They are always prompt, courteous and service my vehicles professionally. I never have had to take a car back to remedy a problem twice.

Waited a while to write this. Went there to get a tire repaired and they wanted to sell me a new tire non-matching the tires I had on the car. Said the leak was in a bad spot. Went somewhere else and they fixed it in 10 minutes and said it was in a great spot to be repaired. they also scared up the rim on my GX and would not show me garage footage. They just said the manager would get in touch with me about the rim and no one ever did. My rims were perfect BTW and now the one they worked on has chips around the inside wall. I would suggest you go somewhere else. If you are in a jam skip this place. Will just end up being a headache for you.

I love CJs in Kimberton! They are honest. They take care of you without selling you extra! Jess is so knowledgeable! I have never had any issues with CJS. They even checked out a car I purchased for my son to make sure it was safe!

Took a tire to get a hole patched about 3 weeks ago. Just went out to put it on the car and the tire is flat. Called and explained that I was going to put the tire on the car today but it was flat. The individual on the phone (who had an attitude) tried to tell me that I must have run over something and got another hole in it. I stopped him in his tracks and said it was impossible as the tire was in my garage and not put on the car. He then proceeded to come up with other excuses by telling me that maybe there is another pin hole in it or maybe it is the bead of the tire. I asked him how much to have them look at the tire again and he said he did not know. Not much confidence in CJ’s anymore!

Less expensive than I thought to install a low beam headlight. I will consider going back to CJ's. The problem is that in the past, they started to push service that did not need to be done. I will go back to CJ's as long as they service that needs to be done at a competitive price.

Fantastic Service. I have gone to CJ’s for years because of their quick and reasonably priced services. I recently had a headlight burn out and they accommodated me that same day.

One of my tires was losing air. They took me right in, found the nail in my tire and fixed it quickly, all at no charge because I buy the protection plan on the tires. Can't say enough about the service and standing by their guarantee!
