Unprofessionalism comes from the top here, especially the manager. As a business owner I am requesting basic information from my bank and the manager scheduled an appointment and cancelled it an hour before without a phone call or prior notification. It is a shame that they just respond that we are so busy , when every human being is busy but that is the part of your job to be busy

I have banked with this branch for over 20years. I have not really had to go into the branch over the past few years due to online access, however I have recently had to go in twice within a week and have had to leave both times due to not getting the correct information from the teller. The lack of information that they provide is disappointing and frustrating. Over the years I have lost confidence in this branch and Wells Fargo in general. Probably time to look for a new bank

Please retrain your employees, they’re so lazy they don’t want to help us with anything at all, they always say we need to call a number. Three times has this happened to me. They’re just plain lazy, nobody is ever busy. Just sitting their being lazy. if you can’t help me in person I’ll take my money to a different bank.

I have banked with this branch for 15 years. It has become harder and harder to be a customer. I own multiple businesses and require some banking/banker interaction.They do not answer the phones so it is very difficult to make appointments or get quick answers. I stop at the branch to make an appointment the tellers tell me they can't make appointments. This is not service. I no longer feel comfortable allowing this bank to manage my finances.I recommend a smaller more user friendly bank if you are thinking about opening an account,take a loan, mortgage, or financial advice.

More & More This Bank makes me want to discontinue our relationship. Went through the drive-thru at this branch last week. (Wells-Fargo Kennett Square, PA) My first language is ENGLISH. Please don't assume EVERYONE speaks SPANISH. So young girls in the drive-thru, stop giggling and be more professional. I was making a CASH deposit with a checking account deposit slip. After I sent the cash & deposit slip, the teller then asked for I.D. Without thinking, I did. I then said to her, " This is some bull, you don't need I.D. for a deposit." How rude and unprofessional. Please train your employees better.

I'd give them less than one star if I could. I've had a business account with them for a decade and suddenly they refuse to accept my deposit unless I present identification if it has cash. It could be as little as five dollars, the amount doesn't seem to matter. I do business with several other bank for personal and other businesses I own. None of them require I.D. unless I am getting money back. Wells Fargo is often in the news for all the wrong reasons. They set up false accounts for thousands of people and were fined millions of dollars for that (2016). Most recently, (December 2018) they claim a software glitch caused them to foreclose on peoples mortgages. People lost their homes and Wells Fargo offered to pay them $25,000. for turning their lives upside down. They hide behind a facade of 'customer service'. They seem to have forgotten who the customer is and without us, there would be no Wells Fargo bank. Not an easy place to do business with.

ALWAYS ALWAYS friendly smiling tellers inside the bank who process my transactions in a timely manner! I have been a customer since 1998 when it was First Union.
