Dunno what this place does outside of help old people figure out how to use Facebook. Never can get what I want here. Cant even look at anything, most of the displays don't have phones on them. Alot of places there should be phones, just stands with little to nothing on them.

Just updated and got the iPhone 15 Pro at the Verizon store in Kennett Square. Wesley was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We certainly appreciate his expertise and patience throughout the process.

Superior Customer Care DOES still exist! I Had a meeting with Tyler yesterday at the Kennett Square Location. The purpose for the meeting was to consolidate 6 devices and a FIOS account. Yikes, the task can sometimes be painful. In this case. It was a pleasure. Tyler had a strategy call with me a couple of days prior to our meeting. He listened to my needs and requests and the entire process was transparent & pain free . I am a former Bell Atlantic manager for over 31 years. I have trained many sales reps over the years. The hardest thing to train is how to listen , communicate and partner with a customer. Tyler possess all these traits. Hats off to Sean , his supervisor. Tyler's professionalism is a reflection of your leadership! Keep up the great work. Very proud to see the Verizon Brand still resembles excellence!
