Excellent customer service! Ms. Mary is so kind - helping at the jewelry counter and the store manager; He was very polite and professional while checking out customers & making periodic announcements as friendly reminders before closing time. ?? Worth the ride for better selection & service ?

Just like every other Ross I've been to. No strike that. All the clothes were on the racks, not all over the floor. So, a cleaner Ross than all the others I've been to.
