Very rude. Didn’t mention to not turn on the sink after drug screening and I forgot out of habit. Got yelled at through the door. Then I told her that I’ve went to places that put tape around the sink so you don’t forget and she said it’s just a matter of listening. I did listen. She didn’t say anything. Not going back to this location.

Courteous and knowledgeable staff.Shout out to Jackie in Rm 2 - she is fabulous! She start with greeting the customers and explains the check in process /wait time. She then explains the specimen collection process every step along the way. She can multitask efficiently and cares for the customers coming in. Great job, Jackie!

I had an appointment this morning at 7:00am at the Kennett Square, PA location. When I arrived for appointment, there were six unhappy people standing in the hallway in front of the door. Door was locked and no activity. My wife had the same experience at the same location last week. After a 40 minute wait in the hallway (others had been there longer) the staff person came rushing in, mumbling to herself, unlocked the door, and let it slam in everyone’s face. This morning I and most others left after standing in the hall for 45 minutes. I tried calling the corporate help phone line to report the problem. After 12 minutes of dealing with the phone AI, I finally was connected to customer service line only to be informed via recording they were closed and then promptly hung up on. Fantastic service Quest.

Extremely unprofessional and rude technician. As a doctor, I am appalled at the lack of customer service and professionalism at this location and understand completely why patients repeatedly have a poor experience here. I could never recommend this lab as a medical professional.

Steph was a delightful person she was gentle and caring I’m afraid of needles and she assured me that I’ll be fine. I would recommend this location to everyone.

I gave this review one star instead of zero only because the office is very efficient. Each time I've gone, I've never had to wait more than a few minutes. The issue is the technician who is very rude. First, I shared with her that I noticed that the Quest box in front of the building (that I assume typically contains samples to be picked up) had been left lying on its side opened. She did not respond. Second, after telling her I had a shoulder injury and to be careful, she disregarded my comment again and pulled on my arm forcing me to tell her to switch arms to draw blood. Each time I've dealt with this woman she has been extremely rude. Suggest she find another profession as the one she has chosen does require at least a minimal amount of compassion. I compare this to having blood work at Main Line Health a week prior where the technician was efficient, kind and professional.

Steph was EXTREMELY rude. Literally lifted a chair out from under a patient. Was saying “you can’t sit here, COVID people!” No where did it state a number of ppl able to wait in a waiting room. There was no one checking ppl in or checking temperatures.

I've been here many times. I am usually a walk-in, and sometimes there's a wait. It depends on the time of day and how many people called ahead for appts. I have only 2 rules for blood taking, because of small veins and hating the process soooo much: (1) You (whomever is the phlebotomist that day) are best in the west and second to none in the east, and (2) we're almost done. Although I have felt the need to take back my arm and walk out of other places (3 sticks is too much), that has never happened at this Kennett office of Quest; I rarely even feel the needle.

I sat there for over a half an hour and all she did was sign in one person almost 45 minutes and she was signing in second person. I left after an hour past and she hadn't even signed in third person.

DO NOT GIVE THEM A C.C. Charged my C.C. Never billed my secondary insurance! Insurance finally paid in full. Filled dispute with C.C. Company to get my refund.
