“Helpful with finding products I needed for my project. Color match was perfect for the paint repair I needed to complete. Sales assoc went above and beyond to provide me with the assistance I needed and answered all of my questions, even exploring options I wasn’t aware to ask about”
“This store just moved to a new location. It's fully stocked with everything you will need, no reason to drive to HomeDepot. The owners are so helpful, you'd think they were running a non-profit organization.”

We were not able to scan the piece of stucco. Yvette took the time to get the match I needed. Great customer service? and love the new location in Hockessin.”
“I’m from the area but unfortunately have never been into this Ace Hardware. I usually go to the West Chester one. So today was my first time stopping in. This is undoubtedly the nicest Ace hardware I’ve ever been to. Though it was busy since it was a Saturday the staff was still super friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and super organized, I loved it. Everything was super easy to find. I would gladly go here vs Home Depot any day. I’ll certainly be going back. Also loved their Concealed Carriers allowed on premise sticker on the door. That was the icing on the cake. 100% will be back. Also, I’ll definitely be recommending this place to others. Great work Pax Ace Hardware!!”
“I will never buy paint or poly from a hardware store or paint store again!Since I'm always repurposing and crafting, I find myself constantly in the need for different types of paints and colors. At $30+ a gallon or close to $8 for a can of spray paint I couldn't afford to buy multiple paints from Home Depot or Lowe's ETC anymore..... But, now I can THANKS to the Paint Outlet! They only charge $15 a gallon and $3.25 for a can of spray paint!!! The colors are already chosen so you'll have to pick through the cans to find what you're looking for but they do organize it fairly well. If there's something you want, get it right then and there because it'll be gone by your next visit!!! The employees will help you out with whatever you need or are looking for.Note: if a can is not full, you do not pay the full price. For Example ONLY- if a gallon can is only ½ full, you'll only pay $7.50. Or, if a spray can is only ¾ full, you'll only pay $2-$2.50. They are super fair about pricing- which I think is wonderful!!!Go, check them out... And, hey! Leave some paint for me ??”

1003 West Chester Pike, West Chester“I will never shop anywhere else for paint again! We're amidst a whole house renovation and I have been extremely overwhelmed by having to choose so many different paints (colors, finishes, etc.). I've been in to the store at least a half dozen times in the past 2 weeks.Matheus and Connor are incredibly knowledgeable and so very patient. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with them!”
“I’m working on Designing an Airbnb and had to do work on the road. I received a call from my painter and had to pick out colors the Assistant Mgr Eugenio provided a high level of customer service for me. Thank you!”
