Rude unhelpful.I had an urgent need for a headlight switch while traveling and stopped at an AutoZone store who didn't have one in stock. They suggested I try napa down the street. They appeared to be having trouble with their phones and repeatedly hung up on me. Eventually someone spoke to me and they couldn't get the part any sooner so I ordered it from the first store.but My rating is for the rude employee who seemed to be blaming me for his telephone problems. The employee also interrogated me about where I was probably because I was asking the Auto zone worker to confirm the part number. He seemed insulted that AutoZone was sending them business.Never been to this Napa store but have done business with Napa since the 80s. Always been happy with them.Not really sure what rating they deserve, 1 star for a rude employee felt like overkill so selected 3.Don Dakota ASE Master Automotive Technician (ret)

Walked in to get a serpentine belt but found myself standing there looking for help, one of the employees made a very rude comment and sweared when I expressed my frustration. Definitely not what it once was unfortunately
