Absolutely horrible. No one spoke English. First , I have a business account with several lines for roughly 10 years through Metro. Last Tues I went in to buy a personally line. Their system was down and not able to process the transaction. They were supposed to call me when the system was back up, I never received the phone call. I went today to buy the phone and through a text translator was told the sale is over. It would cost me an additional $150. Upset I still went to pay for. They did not have the right screen protector and did not have a case. They attempted to up charge me 150 and not even have what the phone needed.I walked out of the store out of frustration. I will buy the phone from metro and not for the sale price I should have been given BUT from a different store. I am literally going to travel over a hour to another store just to not use the Kennett Square location. I promise I will never use that location again. My experience was completely unprofessional. The hour drive will be a lot less stressful than dealing with the Kennett Square metro location.

Horrible service went with nephew to buy a phone they said it would be $180 for everything and I said what’s everything they said included the case and screen protector I said I dint want them then they said I had to buy them as it was part of a package when I told them I knew things don’t work like that they said it would be $152 I had to go to the car with my son and left my nephew in to finish transaction when he got back in the car his recipient showed as 121 and they still charged $152 so they stole money we went to a different metro just to check the price as they confirmed it was 121 for the phone don’t recommend there go somewhere else where they are honest and don’t steal you’re money
