Google account states- open Monday.I wasted my time coming down just to see a paper on their front door stating they’re only open on Tuesday. Very dissatisfied.

Great jewelers! Took a watch in that needed a spring bar inserted into the strap (one had fallen out) and also to replace the battery. The lady working there quickly took the watch, replaced the battery, put a new spring bar in to fix the strap, reset the time and I was on my way in less than ten minutes! Great service. On a side note, lots of lovely jewelry pieces in the store. Highly recommend!

I have been in several times now to get watch batteries replaced. The woman proprietor is very outgoing and friendly and you can tell she cares about the service she provides. Outstanding customer service, thank you Kennett Square Jewelers.

I love this jewelry store because from quality craftsmanship to beautiful jewelry, there's no other place I will go. The estate jewelry is gorgeous and fairly priced. Also, I recommend them for jewelry repairs, also.

Was a good customer. Bought watches, bracelets etc. Husband bought me a pr of earrings w/ bank DC. Item was returned the SAME DAY purchased. Item cost $90.10, but they issued a credit for only 90 cents! by mistake. When I noticed their error Linda the owner said it was to late too correct. So I was left w/ nothing. Never went back & this is why you use a credit card for purchases like this. No longer recommend & would have left no stars. This experience was a total ripoff. At the very least we should have received a store credit.

They were able to remove my ring when other jewelry stores wouldn't touch it. Such a relief and they did it right on the spot with no appointment or charge.
