Joe and his guys are awesome mechanics. He took the time to explain to me what happened with my vehicle but more importantly why. He even gave me serveral options as far as repairs go. Im happy with the work and my car runs much smoother thanks to his expertise. Ill be back again.

Have been taking 3 cars to J&G for many years now, and Joe is an honest & hard working man! He will accurately tell you what must be done & what can wait. He’ll search for lower prices when possible & has done great big & small jobs, plus all inspections for our family and we are nothing but pleased! A+ from us!

If you are looking for a mechanic, you can stop RIGHT NOW! I cannot speak highly enough of this shop. They are masterfull mechanics, who give updates AS the work is proceeding (not when it's DONE, what a novelty!) Legitimately decent pricing, and willing work with you if you think you can spin wrenches yourself! Seriously, I cannot speak highly enough! Call Joe right now!

Cannot recommend this shop enough!!The mechanics have always taken the time to explain the work to me and walk me through the parts and labor costs before moving forward with the job, something that is hard to find and that I greatly appreciate.

This guy is a complete scam artist!! I was charged $1600 last year to replace 2 “ball joints” in my Jeep Wrangler’s suspension. Was told if they were not fixed I could lose control of my vehicle. This year, SURPRISE SURPRISE SAME PROBLEM! Was charging me over $2000 to fix another two joints. And that he could not pass my inspection. Joe (owner) told me he has fixed the same thing on multiple jeeps in my own development and that “Jeep dealers typically put crappy parts in the cars before selling them.” Thought this sounded shady, told Joe I was getting a second opinion and just received a call back from the actual Jeep dealership’s service department-normal inspection, NO ISSUES! Do not take your cars to this guy unless you want to get completely ripped off!

We had a great experience with J&G this week- we have a 2004 BMW 5 series that's in great shape so we want to keep it a couple more years. We haven't put any money into it in a long time, but now it needed brake pads, front rotors and a bunch of work to fix 2 oil leaks, inspection, etc etc. Carlos was incredibly personable, professional and articulate. He kept us informed the whole way, was very cognizant of our desire to not overspend on such an old vehicle (ie just do what was necessary). We picked up the car yesterday and I swear it's running the best it's run since we bought it (used) in 2010. There are many good options in Kennett for car repairs, and J&G should be high on everyone's list!
