Pay the workers more.
The employees there go above and beyond.
Whether it's a incredibly busy or not, always, at all times they perform at 110%.
Pay them more that is my only compliant.”
“Good Evening Google family. This was my very first time visiting this location of Dollar Tree. I almost skipped it because I only had $5.00 in cash and I didn't want to use my debit card because I think they charge a service fee. I found the Hefty gallon bags and I asked an associate where the spray for the bathroom was. She showed me and she was very nice. The checkout lady was very nice also and she was smiling. I liked that this location of Dollar Tree had paper bags. The Dollar Tree that I patronize in Voorhees, NJ, they have no bags and you have to bring your own reusable bags. Also other locations in PA you have to bring your own reusable bags. I enjoyed my shopping experience and I will be back. I almost didn't stop but when I saw the Dollar Tree, I had to turn around and come back and I am so glad that I did. Have a great night Google Family, and don't forget to work out, be healthy, fit and Fabulous!!!! They did not charge a service fee on my debit card. I checked.”

“The manager, I forget his name now but he was tall, was extremely friendly and understanding when I came into this location for my company. I needed to have a manager complete my transaction because each transaction needed to be separate WITH a receipt and I knew this would take time but this manager was so friendly and understanding. Will definitely be back for more of my company’s business transactions!”
“The manager Brian Monday and the other polite gentleman that works with him most days are always respectful and on point when my daughter and I go in there. The store is always well organized and they are patient. I don't know who the CEO is but they both deserve promotions”
“I went in to get a few things like hand soap, hand sanitizer, as well as a few planters, and the cutest fencing. You can no longer take the shopping cart to your car, and it was too bulky to carry all that stuff, so the owner/ manager volunteered to help me with my packages, and I was not only appreciative but very touched by her willingness to help me. “This is one of the two nicest family Dollar locations I've ever shopped! There was only one person on the floor and somebody in the back who was stocking some items. I needed to reach a laundry detergent that was on a top shelf all the way in the back and she was kind enough to walk to the back of the store and get a ladder to help me reach it. Then when I got to the front of the store I found out I had a bag that had a busted hole in it and she helped me fix it and put it inside of my bag to carry home. It was such a sweet experience. I think I will be coming back most definitely.”

“Good evening Google Family. I visited for the first time to purchase some bottles of lotion but they only had one tube of lotion which I purchased. I also purchased toothbrushes and toothbrush cases. It was a dynamite visit. The sales associates were very nice. I would definitely shop here again. Have a good workout, be healthy, fit and fabulous especially for people over 50 years of age. Plenty of parking in the spacious shopping center. I also loved that they have Dollar store bags for the customers and we do not have to pay a fee for them. So many Dollar Tree locations that I patronize, you have to bring your own bag. Have a good night.”

“every single time i come here the employees are so funny and kind to me the store has a welcoming aura except that one time i went blind infront of the cashier and the customers and ran into a sales rack and a man on the way out and a lady called me cute while i was struggling to breathe. otherwise this dollar store has a great vibe - one point for the overwhelming sensation to go blind”
