Absolutely horrible customer service. Right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing. Told over the phone insurance approved early refill since I was leaving the area - get to pharmacy after being told it was filled and told insurance denied and the cost would be nearly $1,000. The whole CVS system is terrible.

The gentleman behind the pharmacy counter tonight was so friendly and helpful. I just started a new job and my prescription benefits have not started yet. Therefore, my prescription was a bit pricey. He went out of his way to help me save some money on it with GoodRx. I appreciate his help.
