I joined this practice last year and it was the best decision! This model is so effective, Dr. Sheptock has listened to me, is very thorough as well as responsive. Having the tools with the app and same day appointments has been so great. Highly recommend this practice and Dr. Sheptock!

I love the fact that I don't have to worry about our meeting high deductible and can afford to actually afford to go to the doctor when I am sick. The ease of communication and getting an appointment is fantastic!!

Wonderful! I can get same-day appts. I get immediate call-backs on weekends. I can submit questions or concerns through their app. Literally, within 2 minutes, a real person responds! This practice was recommended to me by another physician. Dr. Yerkes is top-notch. He takes his time and is very thorough. It’s as if I’m his only patient !

I'm probably one of Dr. Haug's first 100 or so patients, so I've been with him for a few years. Only having about two doctors since living in Delaware since 1992 and now being in my late '30s, the first doctor being my family doctor that I grew to dislike as I got older...Dr. Haug and the Core Family team are just amazing folks and a great family, for the small cost every month, you deal with none of the headaches and all the benefits of an amazing health system and team with modern technology and a doctor who stays abreast of the many changes in the industry. Never one immediately to push you to Rx and more of a focus on lifestyle changes, I couldn't ask for a better doctor and team! You will not be disappointed, joining this family or if you're in general tired or over the failed health insurance system.

Dr Yerkes is wonderful. He takes his time at each visit, he is thorough and very informative with explanations on all items discussed. I feel like I am his only patient when I am there and having access to his expertise 24/7 is such a plus. The staff are very friendly and helpful both in person and on the phone.

I came to CFP three years ago exasperated at the read-a-script then check-some-boxes practices that defined my medical care. I wanted care centered on me and my particular needs. I received something strikingly different. It was sometimes irrelevant, sometimes superfluous and most times unpurposed. Ricky Haug at Core Family Practice provides me with the polar opposite. One of the most conspicuous differences is the thoughtful conversations we have. Questions often beget further questions and the time devoted to them helps to ensure that conclusions are nuanced and pertinent. This, laid alongside the practices’ intention to achieve and maintain wellness (rather than a focus on illness and its treatment) provides me with truly useful health care.

Core family practice is the best! They provide peace of mind when you need to reach a doctor or nurse. They are professional and very nice. They return your messages and are very timely. The staff is wonderful. I use the portal for questions and concerns and I get a response very quickly. Blood work and prescriptions are in house which is very convenient. Dr. Yerkes takes time to explain and listen to my concerns. I am never rushed. I walk out of the office feeling like I got the best care. I am very happy with Core Family Practice!

Our family absolutely LOVES Core Family Practice. Dr. Haug is a wonderful doctor who truly cares about his patients. He is very knowledgeable and does his research. He has been able to fit my family in when we needed to see him, but didn't have an appointment. Dr. Haug takes the time to discuss every concern. We feel like we are in great hands! His staff is always super friendly and helpful too. We are made to feel like family.

We hired Dr. Paul and Core Family Practice in February 2020. We decided to offer it as an additional health benefit to all of our employees. Managing a small business that is self-insured, we are always looking to make sure our dollars are being used towards our employees care. We have a goal to make sure our people are receiving the best possible care out there. The reason I was drawn to their business was the concept that CFP is bringing medicine back to the way it used to be. We now are able to receive a response from our primary care physician within 30-minutes and the level of care is unmatched! Each employee develops their own relationship with the doctor and he is familiar with your personal care needs. This saves a bunch of time effort and energy bringing your "new" physician or specialist "up to speed" .

I joined this practice as a patient in early 2020, and immediately added my family after learning more about DPC. In 20 years, I've never had the ability to communicate directly with my doctor when needed. The team at Core is available around the clock for emergent issues, an incredible luxury for a family with four kids under 8. Since these doctors aren't double booking and pushing 20+ appointments a day, my visits are comprehensive and unhurried. We discuss my care plan and evaluate the options in detail; then I can count on follow-up and support as we go. DPC has completely changed my view of what healthcare can be, thanks to Dr. Paul and his colleagues at Core Family Practice.
