My husband and myself have nothing but great things to say about Boothwyn Pharmacy and it's staff. It is the most reliable pharmacy in our area and the staff are always helpful, friendly, and respectful. We have used them for I believe, close to a decade, it could be more. I have never had any issues with them. The pharmacists are very welcoming. I had an issue in with one of my medications a couple years ago, that with insurance it would cost me a copay of $100. Anthony went out of his way to help me find a discount card so I am able to only pay $10 a month. They help me renew it each year. That is such a huge blessing to save $90 a month to be able to fill my medicine. Otherwise, there would be times when I would not be able to get it filled. I am grateful for all of the pharmacists and staff at Boothwyn. They have never treated me or anyone in my family like a transaction or rudely, in the way that staff from other chain pharmacies in the area have. The staff are wonderful and they are also excellent in what they do.

What a wonderful pharmacy, personal service and great prices for my horse, Grace’s medications!!!Heather has been so helpful, she’s truly gone above and beyond in getting Grace’s prescriptions of Pentosan Polysulfate injections set up, we get a great value on this medication with Boothwyn. What a pleasant experience compared to the huge chain pharmacies that are expensive and not nearly as warm or caring as Boothwyn! I was so impressed that Heather has knowledge of the dosing information regarding this medication, more than our general vet does! They even have a member of their staff who has horses and gave me his personal thoughts on a specialty medication.I’m really glad to have found this pharmacy. Jack from The Art of Medicine said great things about them and recommended them highly to me, I definitely see why!!

Best customer service via the phone that I've ever experienced with a pharmacy! Unlike most pharmacies I did not feel rushed to get off the phone and all my questions were answered in a very friendly and helpful manner.

Called late in the day needing meds for a pregnant mare in risk of losing her foal.. Alan was able to ship our order over night, acknowledging the urgency we had. Highly recommend Boothwyn!

My vet had problems with delivery of my pet's medication and now a week has gone by and my pet was now totally out of her medication so my referred me to Boothwyn Pharmacy. I called them and spoke with Valerie who was very patient, very helpful and very pleasant. The service was outstanding and I would refer them to anyone with no hesitation.

The best pharmacy I have ever used!! There is nothing like it anywhere else. These dedicated pharmacists really, really care about their customers, and go above and beyond. I drove an hour and it was worth it (they are also willing to ship). Donna in particular helped me. You never want to need a good pharmacy; but if you do, Boothwyn Pharmacy will be there for you. The service providers of Boothwyn Pharmacy are amazing. I recently went through (am still going through) a difficult time and my son’s provider requested specialty compounded medications for him from Boothwyn. The service provider Amy was so kind, expedient, caring and worked quickly to get my son his needed medications. She was knowledgeable, helpful and went above and beyond to see that I could obtain the medications quickly. Amy arranged for Gianni to deliver medication to me so there would be no medical delays. I appreciate all their service. My overall impression of the staff at Boothwyn is that they care about their patients, their patients families and they are a family-centered health care provider. I’m so grateful to them all!

I had an older horse that needed meds urgently, i tried several pharmacys they were all closed! Thank god alan was there, he went out of his way to bring everything i needed to me on the weekend. Boothwyn pharmacy treats there clients like family, and i will definitely recommend it to all my friends, hoping to see alan’s face in there more often, he really cared about my horses problem!! thank you!!
