I had not packaged my returns correctly, and instead of sending me home for a redo, the employee readily repackaged my contents without charge so that Amazon would be satisfied. I give 5+ reviews to all aspects of my experience here. My experience here in North East was the exact opposite of the horrible experience I had at the Bear/Glasgow UPS location.Thank you!”
“Staff went out of their way to help me with a complicated shipment. They were all extremely helpful and super friendly. They took all of the stress away about my shipment. Even made sure it went right onto the delivery truck while I was there. My husband had been in this store about a week before I was and he said that he had a great experience as well. Genasi, not only helped me navigate the screens but also helped me choose the correct options to get it the next day. She was so kind on the phone and this job was for a celebration of life service for my Aunt and she gave them to us for no charge. We are beyond thrilled with not only the service, but also the quality of the printing. Thank you so much!”

“I've worked with a lotta post offices in the SE PA area. This is the best I've had experience with, bar none. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They understand my needs as a decent sized customer and make my life easy. I really couldn't ask for more. My total incoming/outgoing volume is around 600 packages a year for perspective. So not a ton but enough for it to be a real pain if they weren't so great.”

“The other post offices in NCC should have to emulate Hockessin post office employees. It is such a pleasant yet rare occurrence that you are treated as a human being when visiting a federal or state facility. Why do I expect to be treated like less of a person or why do we allow them to get away with mistreating the public and a consumer. If your job makes you so miserable you harm another by your actions you should find another job and replace the miserable with clones of Hockessin employees. You have a forever customer in me. Thank you for your diligence in representing the federal government in a positive and pleasant manner. You have restored my faith in humanity!”
“The guy who helped me the other day went above and beyond. The sign said closed ( it was 230pm on a weekday), I pulled the door in disbelief, and the sign was right. I began to return to my car. A gentleman opened the door, asked me to return, and took my package and phone to get the qr code. Returned my phone and wished me well. “Other than having to bring cash as backup due to spotty wifi, I really love this location. Parking is convenient, and although they have high volume, there is never a line. They have regular, dedicated employees who really know their jobs, are friendly, and keep things moving quickly yet respectfully. Regarding delivery, on a few occasions I needed special help with packages, and the response was overwhelmingly positive.”
