They got my print wrong -- it was misaligned and undersized. (Ordered a 24x36 poster, they said their printer couldn't handle it...) Pretty inexcusable. The staff were friendly, but not very helpful.

If it comes from them just order from Amazon. Or go to post office. They lost my package and don't want to give me a refund. I live in a house not a building. You can't confuse my door. Canceling anything that comes threw them forever. Amazon cheaper to with free deliveries. Go safe some money guys. They not worth it. Paid extra 20 to get in 24 hours. Been 3 days. Still no knowledge of where my package is and still can't get my refund. I'm upset. Waiting on my car parts. Now I have no car for a week cuz they can't handle they business correctly.

I had my front stairs clearly blocked because there was fresh paint on them; a fedex delivery was placed on the stairs!!! I called customer service and was told 'well I COULD DO IT FOR YOU but you should do it on-line' Why HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPs?!?!?! My WiFi is being fixed so this a-hole could've just done it for me

I regularly ship packages from this location without incident, however I had a dreadful experience there today. The service was poor from beginning to end, there was one employee in the store and despite the fact that I was the only customer initially, the employee, a woman whose name I did not catch, had no interest in answering even the simplest of service questions. While in the middle of my transaction, she ended it to deal with the first customer to come in the store other than me. Despite my objections, she just said she did not care if I had an issue. It was extremely troubling and disrespectful. Again this was my first poor experience at this particular location.

I needed to have a large, heavy antique clock packed on a Saturday afternoon. Luisa was running the shop, and she was top-notch. She was very helpful and accommodating, and I'm pleased to say the clock survived its subsequent travels in perfect condition. I thought the charges for the service were quite reasonable, too.
